Trying to contact the facility to determine availability and rates was a horrible experience. WARNING: Phone number on the website and Google maps takes you to some telephone marketing scam. Found an alternative number and spoke to a guy who knew nothing about price or availability. Was able to determine this is NOT a B&B. There is a kitchen for you to cook your own breakfast. The property is a two bedroom cottage (pics look nice) with a myriad of availability restrictions and minimums. This looks like a nice property but it is really not to be taken seriously. The guy on the phone suggested we stay at the sleep inn in Bolivar. The rooms are nice. It is 2 miles from Zoar and includes breakfast. The rooms are cheaper too.
