We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast just last week and had an absolutely wonderful time. Liz and Larry, the innkeepers, have a lovely and well-appointed home which they share with their guests. You cannot beat the location both for beauty and convenience. The inn is just a few steps away from the shuttle bus to Zion. The home is decorated with antiques and the works from local artisans. Beds are luxurious and extremely comfortable. There are two massage chairs on the second floor which are the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of hiking. A delicious hot gourmet breakfast is served each morning at 8 am, or you can choose to take a hot burrito on the go. Yum! Liz, our gracious hostess, even helped us plan our itinerary and select restaurants. Springdale is a nice small town with great restaurants and fun shops on the main street. I recommend visiting David L. West’s gallery. Beautiful photography! A real treat! Even purchased a piece myself. This place far exceeded our expectations. We had a delightful time and cannot recommend this place enough. Already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful home, comfortable and quiet rooms, gorgeous surroundings and a location that can’t be beat! Hosts go out their way to take care of their guests including having to-go breakfast burritos ready and waiting by 6:30 am! Sit down breakfast with other guests was a treat, too.

This house is absolutely stunning! Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved having a refrigerator in the room as well. The breakfast burritos were totally amazing! We were able to order them to go in the mornings to be able to get out really early to beat the heat and the crowds. We enjoyed the grounds as well at night. I would highly recommend Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location close to the park but just off the beaten path. Quiet and relaxing. Accommodations and breakfast were first rate. Great views of the surrounding mountains from your bedroom balcony. Innkeepers friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast knocked our socks off!! The home and property are exquisite and our room! I cannot say enough! From the gorgeous spa like bathroom, massage chair, big comfortable adjustable bed and private patio. Wow! Just wow! Liz and Larry are wonderful, gracious and so knowledgeable about the area. Zion Canyon B&B was our last and "BEST" stop after traveling the Grand Circle. Wish I can give more stars. We rented E bikes from the host and had a blast exploring Zion. The breakfast burrito was so delicious and held us till dinner. The house was decorated with so many adorable touches. Coffee was always available and loved the calming music that was playing. The massage chairs were much appreciated after hiking all week. The view from our room was priceless. The gardens were beautiful and the dogs were so friendly. Location was excellent and walking distance to some great restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed this bucketlist trip and couldn't be happier with the accommodations.

This bed-and-breakfast is stunning,absolute perfection. Do not hesitate to book this property if you are planning on visiting Zion Canyon. We stayed in Room 202- beautiful and comfortable furnishings, very nice bathroom with walk in shower, and the views from the large patio are wonderful. This is basically a 2 million dollar home that has been turned into a B&B. It is indeed a beautiful home. The owners live on property and are extremely gracious and welcoming, without being intrusive. Breakfast is served every morning at 8am- and we requested “breakfast to go” one morning at 630am and were happily accommodated with amazing breakfast burritos for our hike into Zion. This place is about a 10-12 minute walk to the entrance to the park. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive to dinner. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. Fair disclosure: there are 3 dogs that live on property. They do not go in the guest rooms but they do wander downstairs and of course outside in the yard. For us, we adored them as they are extremely friendly and were quite the “welcome committee” upon our arrival. We even played many games of “fetch the ball” with them during early evening hours. We felt they actually gave added value to this wonderful property! Of course, not everyone is a dog person so I felt compelled to mention them here. We would not hesitate to stay here again- highly recommend!!

This place was spectacular! This is the only place you will want to stay when visiting Zion National Park! The hosts were so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The house both inside and out was superbly decorated and the location could not be better. The room we stayed in (the master) was clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting! It has everything! Yummy breakfast and they even have ebikes for rent to their patrons! Wow! Thank you to our hosts for an unforgettable stay!
