The love I feel in this place is a true breath of fresh air. I’ve been in before and had great experiences but today’s visit was phenomenal. I was treated with patience and care, complimented and fed as if I was family and for that I will gladly spend my money any time. I will always give credit where it’s due and today it was beyond due! first time in here and the customer service instantly, couldn’t have been better!! so sweet

the food was DELICIOUS i only waited a couple minutes and the atmosphere is very comforting!! ☺️

(they even have soup tasting samples soooo good!!)

Understaffed, slow, more worried about fulfilling online orders than helping the customers in line. It was too dead in there for everything to be as dirty as it was, soups looked dry and old, probably out of the timer range for sure for safety protocols.

Zoup has decent food but they’re kinda skimpy on the toppings for certain things. I love their lobster bisque soup and their Sonoma salad but whenever I get their salad, I add chicken and they don’t really give you much and the slices are really thin which is disappointing because with the price you pay for their food you would think you would get more because it’s pretty pricey. Overall food is pretty good though.

Applauding the crew at lunch today !! Tons of catering orders and when a dasher got upset due to being backed up, female mgr kept her cool and was apologetic and kept plugging away getting the orders out! Good job crew !!!!

They are fantastic. Food is great. No complaints.

It was staffed by two lovely workers on a Saturday who probably could have used another staff member, but they did phenomenally without it.
