I’ve ordered door dash 2 different times in a row from this location and didn’t receive all of the did that I ordered. The food is always good, but couldn’t enjoy it. I’ll called the location to let them know so it doesn’t happen in the future. In also stated that I would not return anytime soon these issues.

Zacadoos completely messed up my order this morning. I ordered 2 breakfast platters (1 with sausage, 1 with bacon), 2 sides of bacon and 2 large sweet teas. When they handed me my order, I checked for the extra bacon and didn't see it. The worker said the extra bacon was in the platters. He only handed me 1 tea so I had to ask for the other one. When I get home, I see that the grits were watery/runny. The tea wasn't sweet at all, there was NO extra bacon, and the eggs were gross. Both platters had toast covered in grits. It was very disappointing. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and she sounded like she couldn't care less.

The lunch crew on Sunday, March 2 2025 really dropped the ball. It had nothing to do with the window attendants. My hamburger order did not match what I was given. The crew inside is not paying attention. We drove off and then I discovered the mistake so we went back thru the drive thru to get it corrected plus turn over 2 orders of barely warm fries for hot fries. The burger was corrected but we again had the same fries. It was such an easy fix. We were very pleasant during our time trying to correct our food...it just didn't seem to be Zacadoo's day for getting orders correct. Where is decent management?

This place has went down. You never get you whole order. Either they leave the fries off, your sauce off, forget the cheese they charge you for,, leave out the cheddar rounds….. it’s endless. Tonight they charged me for my friaries and went I got home I had no fries with my tenders and. O sauce.

I visited on 2/21/25. The food I ordered was not exactly what I said but it may have been a miscommunication. I was not read back my order by the order taker nor did I verify before I paid, so that's on me. I had a large chicken tender dinner with potato cheddars and mac and cheese. The potato cheddars were barely warm and the chicken was soggy. I was also surprised that the mac and cheese was an upcharge. On the menu it said I had the options of slaw, fries and mac and cheese. I did not see on the menu where it would be an upcharge. Overall I was disappointed with the quality of service and food during this visit.

I don’t know if I’m remembering incorrectly but I don’t remember there ever being a cut off for breakfast and since their website isn’t currently working I can’t go on there to check. However we did get there before 11 and because they were taking so long through the drive through by the time we got to the window it was after 11 and they told us they were no longer serving breakfast. Either the drive through needs to work on getting a bit faster or breakfast hours need to be extended a little longer. This particular zacadoos has been going downhill for a while now especially with consistently getting orders wrong.

This place has gone downhill. Past 2 times I didn’t receive the items I ordered and no one is going to wait back in line to tell them they messed up. The portion size of sausage and egg in the grit cups have drastically gone down too. Do better.

What used to be a 5 star review is now a 2. Orders are continually incorrect. Instructions are ignored, which should be terrifying to anyone with food allergies. And this is not a one time experience. This has happened multiple times. Today was another chance that ended up in wasted money. Do better.
