Young’s Home Improvements has now completed two projects for me—a brand new half bath and a full basement remodel—and I am extremely happy with the results. We hired YHI to replace a badly neglected deck and decided to make the new one a lot larger (26’x16’ with a 8’ stairway).
Stephen was quick to respond and took a great amount of time to discuss the project in precision detail. We discussed the layout, existing structure, safety, and design. Less than a month later, permit in hand, YHI got to work. Despite weeks of rain, they worked every moment they could and made sure every last detail was perfect, not accepting anything less. We were kept informed during the project and even given tips on when to paint the wood and what to use, tips on keeping them ground under the deck from rain washout since we live in a heavy sand area, and an incredible wealth of knowledge on what to do if we want future changes.
The finished project is absolutely beautiful, with every last detail finished perfectly.
If you are looking for someone to work on your home, I 100% recommend YHI for the best results possible!

I highly recommend Young’s Home Improvement. I have hired Stephen for two major projects at my home and the work is exceptional. Most recently, he renovated a room that had had no upgrades in thirty years by installing new floors, replacing windows and a door, and painting. The small touches on the trim and some steps were well designed and beautiful. I have nothing but praise for this company.
