I'm a sucker for a great local coffee shop, and this one checks all the boxes and then some! Really cozy seating, cool vibes with awesome classic rock playing. The baristas are very laid back and the coffee they make is incredible. The menu has lots of cool options, including tons of sugar free syrups. Highly recommend trying their flavored lattes in one of the mugs. Their art is beautiful!

If Nirvana’s first album “Bleach” became a coffee shop, it would be called Xtreme Bean. That is the highest compliment I can think of to give this place. The team here is legendary and the vibe is perfect. Nobody makes my cappuccino more perfect and their custom, Italian origin beans can’t be found anywhere else.

Iv never gotten food poisoning from a coffee shop before, but here we are. I had never been to this shop before. Was picking up coffee before a work meeting. Got a Cold Brew with oat milk and Carmel. A couple hours later my stomach was in knots. Two days later I’m just now getting back to solid food.

Cleanliness is not just a requirement, it’s a public service. I won’t be back!

Absolutely amazing coffee shop!
Great coffee, good vibes, super friendly staff! I've been coming here since the 90s!

Their internet stopped working like a month ago, and it doesn't seem like they plan on fixing it. They just keep saying it works... but they still get 5 stars because everything else about this place is amazing.

09-08-2024: Still having internet connection problems. I bought a wifi antenna, and it still has problems. I've seen 8 people leave because the wifi doesn't work. Taking down a star.

11-27-2024: Still no internet. The place is almost empty, and I have seen three people leave because of the Wifi not working.

This is not the place where they sell "coffee" drinks loaded with syrups and sweeteners, that you can't even taste the coffee itself. If that's you, then go to the big store one. This is the place that takes time to make your drink as perfect as it can be. Good people and great product. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite places to go for coffee and bagels in the mornings. I like the way inside area is divided into rooms suitable for private conversation and quite reading/studying. They seemed to have increased outdoor seating to take advantage of the mild weather in the winter. The staff is friendly and helpful. That said, the parking is a little limited being close to downtown.
