Toilet would not flush. I don't typically write bad reviews all I ask for is a place to sleep and use the restroom. But after the toilet didn't flush when I threw only a snot rag in it started overflowing. I tried to turn the water off but the pipe sprayed directly in my face. Now the toilet is overflowing and the pipe is leaking.

I decided to let the front desk know and use the phone that was next to my bed labeled "Best western" , but no one answered after several minutes.

I went downstairs to tell the front desk and the gentleman handed me a plunger. I managed to stop the leaking pipe myself and the next morning asked for another room. They upgraded me to a suite, however, though I now had two toilets to choose from, neither of them flushed either.

Luckily my grandma lives down the street so I was able to use her restroom.

The list of problems goes on but that was the worst part of the story. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Even the employees knew the place was no good.

HORRIBLE! After check in...went to room and strangers were trying to shower...the FD (front desk) told the go ahead due to NO HOT WATER. I called FD and she told me these were my family members. They were not! One of the beds was also broken.
She was rude, hung up on me 6-7xs, kept my phone off the hook so I couldn't call back, was yelling at a guest at the counter, told me there was hot water and I needed to be patient. I asked to be moved to another room and due to rodeo being in town there were NO rooms available...this was at 830pm mind you. She told me I could leave or deal. I chose to deal and hope that the hot water would be fixed/addressed the next day, due to multiple other guests having the same issue. Cold shower in the am...let it slide...asked if it had been fixed yet? I was reminded that I needed to be patient and there was no issue. Later on I asked the "new FD" person and she told me not to worry that in fact "was fixed", (isn't that interesting) I told her it was not fixed and asked to be moved cuz there were plenty of empty rooms at this point. We were moved to a room that had no heat/ac working unit. When I tried to call they just let it ring and ring. I called the 1800 number multiple times to get it resolved (these are recorded) I was told that I needed to wait a week to get a case opened. I was told that I needed to call the manager of the hotel directly to complain to get resolution. When I called the location directly the same FD from the day before informed me she didn't know when/who the manager was. I've tried 3 random times since and the same story is forthcoming...even with a different person answering. While I was checking out I even had 1800 on speaker with the FD and they were just excusing and passing the buck. Not one person apologized or tried to resolve. I was told I was mistaken, given attitude, hung up on, left on hold, a friend came to visit and they were equally rude to them for no reason....they didn't even know who they were. There were kids in the hot tub unsupervised belonging to an employee...they said so. This place is a joke, disgusting, run down with a horribly rude and fowl staff.
Stay ANYWHERE else!

Room and hotel are nice and clean. However if you need towels or hot water forget it. Was told by stiff perhaps we have to many guest. We were only supplied two towels and a hand towel. For 3 days. Hot tub was not hot. Oh and you cannot take your breakfast to your room. Dryer does not dry and was told we could get quarters but the told we couldn’t. Over all this stay was disappointing because of staff indifference the only really nice staff was the breakfast lady.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No hot water in our room for 2 days. Staff reported there was nothing they could do about it after the first day. Neither ice machine in our wing of the hotel worked. Housekeeping forgot to put shampoo in our room. Breakfast inadequately staffed.

Not very happy with this place! When we checked in (had reservations for 4 days) they failed to tell us that they don't clean your room evey day unless you ask! On our second night I told them to clean our room every day. When we came back the room was not cleaned. I had to ask for additional towels. Told them the room wasn't cleaned. Again the next day, same thing. My husband asked to speak to a manager, who wasn't there and never called him back. We will not be staying there again. Bad representation for a Wyndham hotel!!

Arrived to find i was all the way in the back on the second floor after requesting a first floor. Checked in 10/25/24 around midnight after a long flight from Alaska. I was told they would move me to a first-floor room tomorrow. This do to me recovering from 4 surgeries on the same hip. The second day, I got up to use the restroom, and to my surprise, the wrinkled back brown trout would not go down. The toilet was not flowing and filled to the rim. Complained, and they said they would resolve it. Second morning, same thing. Called at 8 am and was told they would send someone. Left came back at 1pm and still clogged and overflowed on the floor. Called the front desk and could not get two words in as she kept talking over me. I raised my voice to be heard, and she hung up. I was never moved to another room either. The "free breakfast: first morning I went down at 730 am. Eggs were empty, and the 4 position toaster only had two slots that worked. The other two slots only toasted one side of the bread. How about put a new toaster for the guests. Wyndham should totally shut this down for health and safety reasons. I had requested to speak with a manager and was denied this as this person was off duty. I said call the manager, tell them to call me ASAP regarding this. Desk person, ( young female with attitude) said " I won't do that". I said " yes you wil"l. The manager's job is to handle instances of this nature since the staff doesn't seem to care nor have the aptitude to deal with this. I was hung up on. No customer service nor proper interaction with the public. This was Sunday 1pm just before I left. There was crap on the floor.
I will be calling the Arizona public health at 700 E Jefferson St #100, Phoenix, AZ 85034
tomorrow.

It's a Wyndham at the airport and that's what you get although quality is slightly below Wyndham standard. Rooms are ok although there was no complimentary water or water at all which is a bit annoying when you arrive late at night. It's very loud in the AM due to the airport and not the best windows so be aware of that. You will hear every plane. Breakfast was very disappointing (see images) but I didn't expect much.

Positive: The breakfast was a bit better than other similar hotels Negative: There were 2 thin bath towels and one thin hand towel when we arrived. No washcloths. I requested extras including washcloths and they were provided.
