Positive: Comfortable beds. Big pillows. Clean towels. Parking and close to highway. Not many other guests while I was there, so fairly quiet. The staff was pleasant. Negative: Indoor pool closed for maintenance. Water main was out during my stay. Not hotel's fault, but still- no water for 12 hours. Room was clean although a little worn.

Room not equipped for stay. We booked a king sweet with a pull out couch. My husband and I were using the bed and the pull out for my son. No sheets for the pull out. Only 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. We asked for sheets on the first night, took 2 hours to get them, never got more towels. On the website it said there was a free continental breakfast and a pool with hot tub. They are under construction, pool and hot tub were closed and their breakfast area was closed due to construction. This is all fine, but put it on your website! I would have gone somewhere else. The place stunk of weed everywhere you went. The staff were rude! The whole hotel is in disrepair everywhere. The elevator is scary, grinds and jolts. Very disappointed in the whole experience. No one cares if you are uncomfortable. 4 stars my ass! Go somewhere else. For $100a night, should have been better. At least the bed was comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. That’s all that was good.

As I write this at 1218 am.. from room 429..the noise from room . 428 is excessive... Called from desk.. called again .. told person was only one on duty.. couldn't leave front desk.. yet earlier tonight while waiting at front desk to ask about Internet sign on from desk stated they were away helping... Went down and asked who owned this site.. given a number to no where.. asked room to turn music down.. to no avail. Noticed occupants where teenagers with no ...... Will never stay at any Wyndham property again... Above information will give you my information if you want to talk

I recently stayed and attended an event here. While the facility was adequate, run down a little, but improvements were already in progress. What I really wanted to say, how was the incredible the staff was, especially Lysa. She was absolutely incredible. Her patience, professionalism and problem solving ability made the weekend a big success. Thank you Lysa, you are awesome.!!! and deserve a big raise, off some time off.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. I know the hotel is going through a renovation, but the current condition is in very rough shape. Bathrooms are not clean, common halls smell of urine and weed, our TV was unplugged and had no remote so we had to move stuff to plug it in and go get a remote. Heater/AC unit would not adjust temprature. Wallpaper bubbling and coming off the walls. Looking at their rates online today they are $70 and we got charged $149, and they double charged us and we are fighting that. To charge that rate is unethical in my opinion. To be honest if I had known it would be this bad I would have slept in my car.

The staff is amazing! Very helpful! Their little bar/restaurant was great, the elevator was broken so they were trying to fix it and my room was right in front of their workspace. But I would recommend this place to stay.

This hotel was chosen for us by hockey time productions. What a terrible experience. Everything is in disrepair supposedly for renovations. They have only one working elevator out of three. Could only find one working ice maker in the hotel. Room just felt dirty. Found a stink bug in the bathroom. Bed linens were so worn they had holes and stains. The pool was closed for some reason. The absolute worst was the homeless guys doing drugs in the parking lot then ODing in the lobby. Police and EMS came and hauled him away. Would never stay here again.

Spent one night. We were not told they were in the middle of construction on all floors. Staff was pleasant even though they were in the midst of chaos. Went to the pool, and I had approximately 1/2 hour of bliss until a whole party of about 20 people came in with liquor to enjoy themselves. We checked later that night twice, 7 pm and 9 pm, to see if we would be able to go back. Full-on party went after 10 pm which was closing of the pool area. Only one jet on the jacuzzi worked. Room were not much to be desired, bathtub doesn't drain properly so we had to space cleanliness apart. Door to closet wouldn't close. One closet door was anchored higher than the other. Wall paper pealing, smoke detectors covered in plastic, covers missing from electric sockets, and holes cut into the walls. We were on the 5th floor, only one ice machine worked which was on floor one. Stood in the hallway and took picture, waiting for the girls from the shining to appear. It was kind of scary
