Really nice rooms! We had requested a downstairs for because my 89-year-old mother has a hard time getting around but they never got the request. They did have some downstairs ones but they could have cleaned but the cleaning people went home early. Even though we checked in 10 minutes before our required time. That was a bit of a bummer but the location was great and the rooms were great. A gentleman did help us up the stairs with all of our stuff 🙂

We booked a 2 bedroom condo at the WorldMark in Pinetop, Arizona for Labor Day weekend. We booked this really far in advance as we know they fill up quickly. After taking a day off of work, pre-paying for dog sitting, and making all other necessary accommodations, Worldmark contacted us less than 48 hours before our trip and let us know that our reservation was canceled due to VIP owners/renters deciding to come. When talking with them they had no solutions or re locations available and basically told us sorry you aren’t VIP so you come last. They initially told us that booking through Expedia is not recommended because that can happen. However, when asking more questions they told us that it can also happen when booking through them and that it’s really likely to happen during holiday weekends. Basically saying anytime you book, just know that there's a good chance we will cancel it. We were also told we are lucky they didn’t cancel the day of because that happens to many people. Imagine driving your family there to find out you don’t actually have a reservation you already paid for. We are out money, have some super disappointed kiddos, and lost all respect for this company. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and book elsewhere.

We stayed here for four nights and had a very enjoyable time.||The rooms are quite spacious and appeared to be well-maintained and were clean.||The staff at reception were professional, courteous, and helpful.||The main pool is clean and well-maintained. Not much in the way of shade during the day. The smaller children’s pool was not particular clean. ||There are no elevators. Therefore, securing a ground floor unit is a good idea if you have a lot of luggage or other items to transport to your room.||Unlike many WorldMarks these days, the television in the living room had a separate DVD player. ||One blemish is that there is no air-conditioning. Although this location is at approximately 7000 feet. it can get quite hot and the ceiling fans do not cut it.||The hotel is convenient to a number of restaurants. And there is a Safeway supermarket approximately 4 miles away.||Overall, we had a pleasant time here.

Excellent location in the forest, helpful staff. Sometimes rooms could be cleaner upon arrival. Overall a great getaway. Take the drive to Springerville, then head towards New Mexico. Beautiful country.
Must do when staying here: Go to Baked in Pinetop bakery, opens at 8:00 Tues-Sat. Go early for pastries, 9-9:30 for wonderful sourdough bread and pre-order Texas Toast for pickup before closing.

Finally stayed at Worldmark Pinetop after being aware of it for about 20 years. The unit was in such great condition, it seemed as if it was brand-new - it had none of the little telltale signs of prior sloppy repainting/repair/remodeling. It offered all of the little creature comforts of home we look for, and then some. Unit was very clean and in excellent repair. The property itself was the same, showing that the staff takes great care and pride in their work. The amenities just went on and on and on, from the heated outdoor pool and (multiple) spas to the disc golf, tetherball, volleyball, cornhole, basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc., and the indoor rec center with pool, table tennis, air hockey, and video games. All of the game equipment, indoor and out, was high-quality stuff, and the basketball and tennis courts were beautifully constructed, right down to the chain-link fencing being coated (a la plasti-dip). We kept asking each other how anything could be any better. The property is right on one of the great White Mountain Trail System hiking trails, and we were entertained by all of the birds calling right out from our back deck. We do hope to get another chance to stay here at such a good time of year.

Basic living room furnishings with no pillows - so couch was uncomfortable
Master bath has a sliding door with a pull that is hard to open/close, so almost got locked-in
Shades are pretty hard to pull up/down with chain

Maintenance:
Windows were dirty, ceiling fans were dusty, dining room light had cobwebs
Grill was dirty with charred cooking remains at bottom - gross! (was very smoky when grilling)
Virtually out of hand soap in hall bath and very noisy (squeaky) door.

Cable TV had no access to Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc. Standard at other lodging companies (Smart TV or Cable apps).

WiFi was not included! Seriously? In this day & age? I can get free WiFi at Starbucks, Burger King, etc.
WorldMark has an archaic, oblivious mentality that believes WiFi is an Elite member offering.
Lodging companies have been including WiFi as an essential, standard service for the last 10 to 20 years for all guests.

I would not recommend WorldMark to anyone.

This is a time share and not a place where you can walk in for a room. But, we stayed a couple of nights and loved it. The rooms have a kitchen and are very nice. You can stay a minimum of two nights if you go online and they have an availability.

Had a nice stay with family. Accommodations were nice. Clean and comfortable. Couch was not the best to sit on. Happy to have a grill on the deck and nice outdoor hot tubs in winter. Good selection of games and puzzles, ample parking, friendly staff. Disappointed that the riddle of the week contest didn't have a "prize" for the winner.
