From what I can tell these people are absolutely wonderful! I sold my fifth wheel to a lady who wanted to park it here. So I delivered it The groundskeeper (I don't remember his name) went above and beyond helping my buyer with hookups at super, super reasonable prices. Even Amazon couldn't beat him on price for the sewer hose and hookups. These guys are absolutely fabulous, I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to park your RV, this is one of the best I've seen.

I had the best time staying at Woodys Rv. It is home away from home. The view of the mountains from the park is so beautiful, especially during sunsets. The park has a pool, a dog park, a pavilion with nice seating area, free wifi, laundry room, clean large bathrooms, full showers cleaned regularly, mail boxes, and the best neighbors I’ve ever lived with. Nancy and staff have always treated us like family. Woodys Rocks, and we will be back!

May look like a great place to park your RV, but this RV park if you park there make it very short term. Do not use the pool area since the pool is maintained by inexperienced tenants, who also do electrical work with absolutely no knowledge of what they are doing. This park should be inspected and forced to have experienced electricians rework all the mistakes done by the tenants because the owner and managers don't want to pay professionals to get the work done properly. Long term tenants they force out and accuse them of things that are the parks responsibility to take care of. All in all I wouldn't give this park even one star but I had to in order to post this review.

Save your money folks! This place is a total dump. It used to be a 4 star resort but since new management took over a year ago August and the owner went back to Florida in April and there isn’t a regional manager who retired. The manager and maintenance have let it go to less than 1star. A sink hole left for 7 weeks opened with street lights turned off, back fence left for 7 weeks unfixed. Weeds everywhere, rules not enforced (dog poop everywhere), down to 2 washers holding on by a thread, pool leaking for over 3 years and turns green because pump not working right. Managers son living in park model instead of living in her class A free of charge, while manager lives in house also supposed to be the community room. Wi-Fi very weak signal. Only 3 working cameras for a 4 acre property, not gated with homeless all around the property and coming in to steal whatever they can. Maintenance guy brings in prostituts late at night and currently 2 drug rings with possible human trafficking. Owner taking the word of unstable people that accuse good people to get them evicted and have cops show up to arrest them. But the police ended up laughing because there was nothing being done wrong. The owner has turned into a slum lord.

Great spaces. Pool and laundry room. Reasonable rates. Clean and well kept. Easy freeway access. Location couldn't be any more convenient for shopping, tourism, and food.

Honestly managed, cheap monthly rate, and trusted staff. A lot of folks keep to themselves. Amenities at a minimum but they still provide small perks like personal mailboxes, trash pickup at each site, and very very clean bathhouse. In a little bit of a rough part of town.

I've been here 5 months now and no issues or problems. Still a very welcoming and wonderful community of fellow RV'ers. It's very quiet and the manager, Nancy, always ensures that people who stay here are as comfortable and happy as possible. We love this place!!!
