This was our first year hosting our Drone Festival at the Convention Center and I honestly can't imagine having it at any other venue. The entire staff (even a girl that no longer worked there) was insanely helpful. In fact, they were so helpful I was starting to feel a little apologetic with how much they were contributing to the success of our festival. I can honestly say that if Darci and Molly weren't there to help, the festival would not have ran near as smoothly. Their willingness to jump right in and get us anything and everything we needed made us feel less stressed out and overall made the entire festival more successful. I could not be more appreciative of the entire staff at the convention center and we're already looking forward to having our festival at the convention center next year! If you're looking for a place to host your event or even just a meeting room, I would highly suggest this venue. This one is perfect and has everything you could possibly need.

Extraordinary space with exponential event and gathering potential.

Overlooks Experiment Lake and has an outdoor patio that makes a great area for photos and evenings outside.

I can only summarize what I know about the hard-working staff because I could go on and on.

Incredibly resourceful and skilled women working together to personalize events and create special moments in time we all love to attend. Contact them if you want a professional team that goes above and beyond every time.

This facility is elegant and has that great stylish feel of 60's open architecture. I've attended many weddings and events at this location and I'm always impressed with the diversity of the facility!

I truly can not say enough nice things about this venue and the staff! Coordinating an event in a different town than you live that you are not familiar with for 100 professionals can be quite the challenge, but Hayley and her team made everything so easy. Lovely space, great communication, a seamless and stress free day for our training. Above and beyond. Thank you Woodward Conference Center!

The ladies at the Woodward Conference Center are a DREAM to work with! We hold many Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Pageant events there and they are always so helpful and ready to lend a hand whenever needed. Your event at this place would be flawless and you would be very happy!
