new company high prices NASTY/ RUDE and SNEAKY NEW MANAGEMENT !!!! they close the office early and open late not even doing proper protocol!!! when they are open they’ll be on their phones talking loud or watching videos like we disturb them. not to mention they don’t knock when they need to enter the room just use that management power and welcome themselves in WHILE I HAD NO CLOTHES ON LAYING IN BED!!!!! i cannot believe the people they hire now a days 👎🏼 disgusted and disappointed

Staying here while working. The room is good and clean, public areas are clean and well kept. The place is quiet and fellow guests are friendly. The staff is very nice and always a pleasure to stop and chat with when there is time. Miss Valerie is the mgr and she is incredible. Always willing to help and is so nice. They make it feel like a second home.

Best place to stay in town, Valerie at front desk is wonderful. She makes you feel at home .Check-in was simple and easy. The room is nice with new bed and fresh paint looks great. I will make this my new place to stay will visiting savanna.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay here at WoodSpring Suites! Ms. Valerie, Ms. Liz and the entire crew have made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, it’s location puts me closer to work and leisurely activities in near downtown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am not sure who checked us in, but she was not very welcoming. Our room had NO door bolt (concerning for a hotel?) we found a German roach, I tried to kill it but it ran into the hallway under the door. We booked a queen bed, and they gave us a double bed instead, they offered no kind of solution. And on our last day, they barged into our room (without even knocking) while we were STILL SLEEPING and hour before check out. ||Also, both nights it sounded like a STAMPEDE was running above us, from midnight to about 6 AM.

I’ve been living here at the Woodspring Suites, Savannah Georgia, since March 20 24.for Miss Valerie the GM of the Woodspring Suites in Garden city Georgia is the most adorable person you have could ever met. She is loving,as well as caring for her residents. She is just amazing her spirit her energy is everything you guys need to have more of her in the company. Miss Valerie of the Woodspring Suites in Garden City deserves major kudos.

Valerie is awesome! People at the front desk are always pleasant and polite. When I had trouble with my reservation at another hotel the staff were perceptive of the situation and managed to get me a room even though they were at near full capacity.
