Almost a nice stay. The beds squeak when you move. Each bed has 3 thin pillows. If they fixed those two simple issues, it would be a great stay. Hotel is almost new, room was clean, and service is good. Bed was also a bit hard. Will return if they fix those 2 issues.

We so very much appreciate everything. We stayed 5 nights. This place is awesome. Very accessible, clean and service was phenomenal. We came from Albuquerque for surgery with 2 very small dogs who are great companions for me. We didn’t have to pay extra as I believe they listed them as my service dogs. They never had an accident and as responsible pet owners we swiffered the floors and left the room in great condition. This is 💯 percent the place to stay. We shall return to this amazing location.

Recently arrived at the hotel, check in was normal. But once getting into the room, it was dirty. Things were still in the fridge and no bedding or towels. When approaching the front desk about it to switch rooms, the front desk said no and that another room is an extra $100. This was ridiculous because this was not our fault, the room was already disgusting. Asked for the manager for help and the manager also just gave us a refund and told us to leave. Absolutely ridiculous service and disgusting cleaning. I advise no one to come here. We had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night because they refused to help something they messed up on. Terrible service.

I will start by saying that I will never ever… take reviews for granted ever again. While there are some positives.. There ARE more INCONVENIENCES than conveniences in this place. PLEASE Believe all the negatives that previous people wrote about this place!!. I never thought I would say this about $144 night hotel, but I truly believe MOTEL 6 is an upgrade to this place. I hope they have the dignity to refund my money for the remainder of my stay because believe it or not they have you pay your stay as you arrive! I wonder why! I bet they have a ton of disappointed guests asking for refunds! Good luck to everyone!

This extended stay hotel is clean inside out. Professional, friendly, and nice front desk representatives, especially Corey and the supervisor. The Cleaning workers do their job very well and are friendly. To be a pet friendly hotel, strange I never heard dogs barking. No loud music, TV or hanging out in the halls. People just mind their business and no sketchiness. Security cameras are everywhere and the location is safe and convenient.I highly recommend this hotel.

Found rates online from $89-$119 online but decided to call before to get a rate and was told to just come in after waiting 10 minutes on the phone getting nowhere. I showed up and was told there must be glitch in the system because the lowest rate was $189 per night and then was told by front desk to book through Expedia while in their lobby. I do so and get a rate of $119 per night which actually came out to $133 but was given incorrect date of check-in on my confirmation e-mail even though the front desk typed the date on my phone for me. So I had to change reservations through expedia in the lobby with my kids waiting after walking a mile with them with minimal funds expecting to stay here for two days. After changing the check in date the rate went up $67 and brought my total to $200 per night and was unable to afford staying the second night. It was an emergency so I had to pay the $200! The desk had absolutely no answers for me and just told me theanager only works on weekdays. I don't understand how they could take advantage of anyone especially someone struggling with kids needing two nights of shelter could charge such an outrageous price! The walls are paper thin and their were kids screaming and jumping on the fourth floor making it impossible to sleep from 11p-3am and now I have to figure out where to stay tonight with my kids after being gouged by this establishment clearly falsely advertising much lower nightly rates even just for a single night. I'm so upset and hope they can make this right! I feel completely robbed unfortunately. I feel their front desk staffs lack any understanding of how to do anything except print your room keys after being charged double than expected. I'm extremely disappointed and expected to stay here monthly in the near future trying to get back on my feet working just down the street, but could never afford what they actually charge compared to blatant online adveritsments.

Where to begin. Got there and the person behind the desk act like he didn't know anything. Told me that they don't honor Choice award members and it's a Choice Hotel. The room was nice and had a stove to cook on But NO cookware, No dishes, No Coffee pot, no way to make ice, no ice machine in the hotel, No hand towel, No Breakfast, You have to pay for using the wifi. So all you get is a bed and a TV and they don't give any discounts. I will Never go back there again!!! And No where for smokers to set outside.

This hotel fit our needs. Rooms were clean. The hotel appeared to be a new facility. The price during peak vacation time was excellent. The amenities were bare bone, you could pay for pans, dishes, and silverware to utilize the kitchenette. The bed was not what we expected—a mattress on a spring frame, but surprisingly comfortable. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The facility was safe and secure, shopping and restaurants were very close. We definitely would stay here again in the future.
