We are East Bay locals and traveling to Mendocino / Eureka. I think they are new and only had 25 reviews 5.0 but the pictures looked amazing! We definitely dont regret going in there. Hands down the best vegan food & coffee we have had. My husband got vanilla latte and I got mocha, they were so delicious. For breakfast, we ordered breakfast sando and breakfast tacos, delicious!!!!!!! Staff there was so friendly and welcoming. 1000/10 recommend this place if you are in the area and dont mind vegan food.

Fantastic coffee here. They offer a nice selection of single origin and specialty roasts, prepared with care. The food I’ve had was good, and the ambience is warm and laid back. But this is now one of the best places to get coffee in Humboldt.

I can't say enough good things about Witness Coffee. The ambiance is perfection, it's a plant based coffee shop, best latte I have had in Humboldt County, friendly service, great local food offerings... It's all around awesome. We are so lucky to have this coffee shop in our community! I got an oat milk latte and I savored every drop. Provided a moment of peace, even with my toddler in tow.

I really mean those 5 stars! I got a drip coffee and a vegan breakfast burrito, it was sooo flavorful wow. I definitely will return 🙂 the staff was super friendly and kind, the environment was really cute and gave hip Portland coffee shop energy. Loved it 🙂

Great coffee, food and vibe. Excellent service and so nice that it’s all plant based. My friend who was with isn’t a vegetarian and she also really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for specialty coffee in Humboldt, Witness is a must-visit. Though they've only been open a little over a month, they've already become my go-to spot for both coffee and an eclectic community hub.

The setting is very inclusive and inviting, the team is built of amazing people, and every cup of coffee is clearly made with care and skill. At this point, I think I’ve tried nearly everything on their menu—both food and drinks—and I can honestly say I’d recommend it all. My usual is a cappuccino and their avocado toast (but don't miss out on their breakfast tacos or specialty lattes with their handcrafted syrups).

They’re proudly 100% plant-based, and even if that’s outside your usual comfort zone, I really encourage giving them a try. The quality they bring to every item is something truly unique for this area—all while being wonderfully affordable.

Witness Coffee is doing something special, and it deserves to be on your radar!

This place was AMAZINGGG. Neither my husband nor I are vegan but the breakfast burrito- I’d F with that any day. Flavors were on point, a little spicy in the right way, the textures were good, felt very natural.
I would post a photo but we ate it.
Also got the ice matcha and it was delicious, not sweet not grassy, just very mild and creamy!
I’ll post a photo but I drank half before I wrote this.
Please don’t change ANYTHING, you’re perfect the way you are.

Chanced upon Witness Coffee passing by Eureka. What initially attracted me here was their detailed menu, stating specifically the concoction of their beverages (coffee:milk:foam ratios). You know from here that they take their craft very seriously!

Found out it's a newly opened place serving really good coffee and offers purely plant-based milk options. The place is also nicely furnished; wished we were there a little bit longer to enjoy the cosy atmosphere! Not forgetting, great service too!
