Absolutely disgusted in ths service and the food i recieved. My wings laid on the counter for 20 minutes before i said they were mine. Didnt receive half my order. Then the worker told me to take everything out of the bag like i was lying or something. Then had the audacity to give me 9/10 drums. Didn’t get any ranch, and my fries have no seasoning. What a joke. Pics for reference

Atmosphere was kind of noisy. But this is a small establishment and a shopping plaza, so I don't expect anything more out of it. Other than that is good to bring a small size finger to eat. Now. It will be long wait times because they mostly make everything fresh, I don't really think anybody ever any problems with that though. Things to look at on their sports bar like TV that they have set up in there.

Do not order from Valdosta Wingstop. You have been warned. Can they screw up your order, yes they can. In fact it's the only thing they're good at. Will your food be cold when you get home, luck of the draw. Is the staff completely incompetent, can't get a order right, Absolutely. There's grown adults that apparently can't read. Do you want to experience extremely rude staff that calls you a liar even after trying to show them proof. Yup, just terrible customer service all the way around. Every time you place a order it's 20-30 mins late after it's supposed to be ready. I spent a lot of money at wingstop and after this latest order being wrong yet again, I will never go back. Spoke with a manager as soon as I got home and realized my order was wrong. She said I could come back another day to have it replaced. I tried to get my order replaced and the very rude employee told me it had to be within 24 hours. The manager on the phone never mentioned it. Tried explaining my issues to the rude girl at the counter and was then called a liar. She claimed many times they don't offer a 16pc traditional wing. I ordered their classic full court flavor feast as you'll see in the attached photo which clearly shows 16 tradtional (bone in wings) My order was supposed to be ready at 7:48 I didn't receive my food till 8:05 The entire staff should be replaced or just close the store. They won't be getting another penny from me.

This place is a joke. First and absolutely the last time coming here. I’ll continue to drive to Tallahassee fl. Wings are super salty. Forgot to put my corn in the bag. Told me they were waiting for me. When I got there they were NOT! Had to sit in there and wait again. Very unprofessional.

Can’t do their job and just joking around. The definition of “just put the fries in the bag bro”. Manager/team lead was rude and disgusting. She was eating food with her fingers and immediately went to fry customer’s orders. They forgot my food on my online order and argued with me that they didn’t. Honestly if you are thinking of coming here for some food you are better off going anywhere else

Very disappointed with order last night and look like everyone else was too in there waiting for there food too my was at 11:12pm it wasn’t set to be ready until 12am to 12:15 am they close at 1 so of by the time I get me and my girl food home and start eating it they will be closed only ordered the 16 wings 6 tenders deal 8 reg 8 sweet chili glaze 3 lemon pepper tenders and 3 Hawaiian tenders the boneless wings was left in too long wasn’t burnt but too crunchy the lemon pepper tenders was crunchy also and had way too much lemon pepper seasoning fries still looked awful but was bout the best thing satisfying about the meal called 30 mins ago spoke with gm he gives excuse for long wait on short order say they were short staff and bring food back up so that can fix it 🤦🏽‍♂️

This place usually does me right but I’ve got food twice this month that has just been not good at all. It’s always the same crew on Sundays and they just really don’t care to do things the right way. They don’t season the fries, they won’t do your food well done, and they left out both of our sauces this time. If I’m paying near $30 for two people I at least want it done the right way.

Finally!!!! A good wing franchise with “order on the app” functionality in a good location in Valdosta! It was busy but the staff was very friendly. The food was great. As with any franchise or restaurant in general each experience is subject to change. But it was great when I went.

I like wingstop as a whole. They focus on WINGS. Great flavors, but not too much to choose from so it keeps you from going into choice overload. The sides are kept simple. Prices are fair. I am so glad Valdosta got one. The competition, BWW (yuck), zaxbys (mid at best), and the former dick’s wings left a lot to be desired whether it was quality, menu options, dining experience or size of portions. If this location can continue to put pride in their service and stay true to the franchise’s business model, they will enjoy several years of continued success.
