The staff were helpful and friendly. Phillip stands out the most. He made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean though the hotel needs updating.

Positive: The owner has disappointed me and let me stay in lobby for 4 hours in the cold. I dont care what the policy is He is human and his mother in a lobby for 4 hours with not 1 comp day issued a 4 day stay. I was charged 95$ night I Demand 1 credit night. Negative: as mentioned Two of their front deck people are not qualified to be there. The newest male and the youngest girl!! Very embarrassing.

Hole in bathtub NEXT to the drain. Noticed it because a cockroach crawled from it. No shower for me. Put my overnight bag in the back of my pickup truck for the ride home.
Didn't really feel safe at the hotel either.
Inquired about so many doors left cracked open. Response, health inspector demand. Will not stay at this unit again

My friend left an item of sentimental value. We called the hotel who promptly got back to us advising they had found the item and shipped it to us the next day.

I would like to thank Keyur for all he did to ensure that the item was returned promptly. He went beyond what was expected.

The staff were accommodating despite arriving on short notice and late at night. However, when checking in the attendant behind the desk made a remark about my vision due to me squinting, claiming "I need glasses" and continued to joke about it. I am blind. I was with a friend so I awkwardly laughed about it, but I felt humiliated with myself after. I understand if the staff were trying to be funny, but I don't think there's anything funny about joking about someone's vision. I will not be staying here again because of this, and I hope the staff can get training on not making rude comments on people's disabilities or someone visibly struggling with something.

As for the rooms, the fridge and microwave were unplugged and the fridge was not the cleanest (weird black stuff in the freezer compartment). Okay for the value.

Filthy (rugs threadbare, black stains on rugs, feet stuck to bathroom floors, rust stains in tub and room smelled of cleaning liquid). Walls are paper thin and a puppy started howling at 6 AM. Folks were friendly at the desk but that’s it. The hotel is in a cluster of other hotels that seemed much nicer.

The front desk clerk Keyora was wonderful, courteous, and helpful. The location was great for easy access to downtown and other areas of Savannah. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.
