Great experience at the Wingate, staff is professional and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond. Their breakfast was fantastic for all ages from waffles to a hot food selection and everything else you could need yogurt fruit pastries. Special shout out to Diane and Dylan for breakfast service, despite a busy morning, kept everything stocked and unflustered by the hectic environment around them..

We went for a group trip. Rayona and the entire staff were very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond. This is our second year staying here with our group and we are already looking to book next year. Can't wait to stay again. And within walking distance to many things to do.

Loved this hotel. We had a room with a king bed and the room was very clean and so much more spacious than most hotels. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from a very nice, new, park! |We enjoyed our stay!! Special thanks to staff Diane and Dylan!

Needs updated for the money and there are better choices. Beds are comfortable, but room in general needs some work. Heat/AC had a 2x4 under one corner to hold it up. Towels were thin, and the lotion on the counter top was like water and had a smell. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment.
Breakfast was good with a amount of choices. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall I would not choose this hotel. There are better choices close by.

Friendly service throughout our stay. The room and bathroom was clean and fully stocked well with all the soaps, shampoo, etc. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. Diane was constantly working to keep the breakfast area clean and fully stocked while maintaining a friendly smile.

We were in town with our colorguard group. The manager went over and above to take great care of us! Room was clean, facility in general was very nice. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve never made a review before, but it was a must. The room was clean and the staff was amazing . Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to my next time in Ohio. 5 stars if that’s even a thing. We reserved two rooms and had a great experience, the breakfast was definitely a plus thanks.

Rated as an 8.8/Excellent on the site we booked thru. Do NOT know how that could happen!!! The picture of the hotel provided is either years and year old or a stock photo of a different hotel. We arrived for a 3 night stay late afternoon and thought the hotel was closed/abandoned. Not a tree or bush around this place (as shown in picture). Looks like it is located in a long shuttered office park. Oversized worn parking maybe had two cars. Front touched up w patches of wrong color. Went into lobby expecting to find out that there was in fact a new hotel around corner. There wasn't a light on anywhere. Just a bland dull beige walled and tiled area. What little light there was was from outside filtered thru the original bland dull sheers. There was a dark laminated breakfast area beyond the entrance. We knew immediately we didn't feel safe and asked about getting out of at least the second two nights of our stay but were denied. Went to the room (the elevator had the only light on in the place) and saw the lumpy sacks being passed off as mattresses on visible raw plywood sheets. The view was of more empty parking in the rear looking out at a closed office building w even more empty parking. Called the travel company we booked thru who argued our way out of the second two nights. We left immediately and found somewhere safe and property lit. But we got stuck paying for a night we did not spend there. Looked like no other guests there. Just a dark, empty place sitting alone in dire need of light and a major refresh/demo. Frightened Wyndham put their name on this. Will avoid their properties from now on. Ignore the "excellent" reviews. Don't believe me? See for yourself but it will cost you! At least bring a flashlight.
