The place was clean the gentleman that took my order was cordial and respectful.
I ordered 30 wings which were delicious the only downside is that they are a bit on the small side but it could possibly be that as a whole were used to chemically altered chicken and maybe these wings are just natural idk just a thought.
Would definitely visit again.

Older Af Am Lady at the front taking orders was quite rude. Food is good. Customer service stinks.

Food was great, crispy fries and tasty wings. However customer service lacks in this area. The only cashier was out of the zone. From the cashier eating in front of the customers. To going in and out of the restaurant to smoke. RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR. As customers went in and out of the store. The smoke was hitting the customers. Mental. Boss man needs to revise the employee as soon as possible.

Very quick service. The lady is usually friendly but stern. They have a habit of giving you very small chicken wings. Really small. No way they can think someone would be okay with such a small wing. My advice to you… go somewhere else.

The steak sandwich and wings are good. You have to eat it immediately because the bread gets soggy quickly. The white fish is garbage. Don't do that to yourself.

I admit, Atlanna has spoiled me when it comes to Wings. Can’t seem to find that same energy here. Sauce was good but wings weren’t CRISPY (almost soggy) didn’t seem cooked to order not even sure if dropped to crisp to order. Maybe in the flat top but not the grease. Idk the skin was soggy. Chicken Philly was Deli Slices and diced peppers & onions vs strips of veggies (which I liked) but it wasn’t chunks of real chicken (which surprised me). It was ok. Overall, food was hot. For me, just meh The wings at every spot I’ve visited here has this issue. Seem like they are parboiled or something but not that crisp & sauces sticking to wings I’m used & appreciate.

My wings are always cooked to perfection!!! The fries are always hot! I have never had a bad experience. Everytime I'm in Albany, this is a stop I must make. I only order the number one meal so I can't tell you about the other foods, but the wings again are amazing!

Always delicious. Always fast. Always friendly. I love when im coming thru town and I can call in and my food is fresh and ready as soon as I pull up. The cashiers are always welcoming so it's not a hard choice for me. The food is never wrong or cold or greasy. This place is just right on all points. U love it!!
