Location is good but the hotel is bad. I didn’t expect too much for the money but it’s bad. Tv had various wiring plugged into it hanging down the walls. Sink isn’t in the bathroom, in the main room. Bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling. Dirt marks all the way around the base of the door and walls. The man on the front desk very unfriendly. What appears to be a construction site by the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is okay and so are rooms. Nothing fancy, and generally clean enough (though not 100%). However, the person who greeted us was one of the rudest we've ever experienced on our road trip. Completely unkind and very rude. Refused to issue a second key to the room, despite booking a room for 2 guests. Posting inside room was ridiculous, saying things like the ice machine is monitored and taking more than 1 bucket of ice will be charged to the room. We tried to leave a review of Booking.com but the property blocked us from being able to.

Staff is very nice and accommodated our change in schedule. Thank you! Also it’s a motel, so don’t set your expectations too high. It is a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Would stay again.

While on my way , I asked my phone to call this location at 10:16pm Dec 9th, 2024
First time I called , I said hello. Thought I dropped call. So I called back, man answered, I asked him if for availability, he said , closed come tomorrow 8a.m. I tride to ask him how much for day tried to say and a week after , he rudely says, I don't know and hangs up. I had no other chbut to give 1 star on everything, because, MAYBE next time someone calls after hours , he'll have better customer service!,,

I really was looking forward in staying here, I really enjoyed my 3 week stay 9 years ago.

TERRIBLE customer service. The gentleman working the front desk is extremely rude, nosey, and accusatory. I was told “stop calling me” after a simple request when trying to handle a minor family emergency. Would not recommend.

Old motel. I paid $100 for one night which is expensive comparing to what it offered.|Stinky and old room. TV and microwave not working. The AC is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep in +30 degrees during night .|Would pay bit more again and stay somewhere else.|The breakfast is a joke. Coffe and the most unhealthiest croissant pie

We had 2 rooms, for 68$ per room, on the ground floor. For that money, you can’t expect too much, and we didn’t. The location is good, close to shops and the lake and London Bridge. The owner opened the pool area up for us. Don’t be fooled by the photos. It is a fairly run down pool on the other side of the parking lot. But it is a pool and that’s all that mattered to us in that heat. The aircon in 1 of the rooms (105) couldn’t quite cope with the heat, but kept it cool enough. The USB chargers in that room didn’t work. The other room (106) was a bit better. The bathroom is very dated, the taps are old. The towels are sitting on top of a metal rack that was very dirty, so the towels had black streaks on them. Overall, don’t expect luxury. Good hotel for budget travelers, for 1 night or so.
