The location is great. On the surface the hotel is nice. It’s claimed to be renovated. However, the “little” things would indicate they need more work. The room was nice but felt cramped. Another room w/out a table on the opposite of the bed. Outlets were sparse around the bed. A bandaid was in the sink when we walked in. Front desk was out of addtl blankets and the door to the room itself never really closed properly from the outside. The exterior door to the outside was also compromised leaving me uncertain abt safety through the night. Again, the hotel looks nice but I left disappointed overall.

Overall, this was a pretty nice place to stay. It could use a few small upgrades as far as amenities go, but the room was very spacious, fairly updated, and very clean. My only issues were with the common areas. The hallways were very outdated and had a musty smell. There was not any sort of business center, even a small computer tucked in a corner with a printer would have been great for those of us traveling for business. The breakfast was good, but very limited with very few healthy options. The "fitness center" was really just a tiny room with no fan and no way to open the windows, so it was incredibly hot. There were signs leading to an ice machine and vending on the third floor, but when you got there, it was only a trash can. The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything, and the bed was very comfortable. I think with a few upgrades, this could be a great hotel!

Close to Bell street so easy access. Coffee shop near was an added bonus. Didn't like you had to request to have the room made up each day. Was never told I need to ask. Water bottles were cheap at the front desk at least. Should have never booked using Travelosity, didn't know the room was 2 doubles and could not trade out of it.

This hotel was quiet enough, and served a nice breakfast. However, one of the three rooms we booked had cockroaches. The person staying in that specific room didn't tell me about the bugs until we checked out, because he knew I would panic.

We also saw a bug scamper along the coffee and tea bar. We didn't know what kind it was, as it wasn't something we had ever seen before. After checking out, and learning that they were in one of the rooms, I suspect that was in fact a cockroach on the coffee bar. I feel gross knowing that we stayed there and that we ate there.

Obviously we will not be back.

UPDATE: I left a voicemail for the manager the day after we checked out, since that is when my son told me about his room. I also responded to an email asking about my stay. Both of these were ignored. After waiting a week for a response, I called back. The general manager, Sandra, was extraordinarily defensive and rude. She even went so far is to say she didn't believe me. There is no other mechanism for me to express my extreme disgust other than this review.

I'm addition to the rudeness and appalling experience, Sandra refused any part of partial refund. Since she is the manager, there is nobody else to discuss this with.

Great spot to stay for my sister and I to help out another family member for a few days. Double sinks separated from bath, separate seating area to enjoy appetizers and watch tv separate from bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and not crowded when we were there.

It was a nice room, actually. We loved having all the extras. The bed was actually quite comfortable. I do t have a lot of complaints, other than it just felt like it was struggling to not be dated and the neighboring doors opening and closing was a little annoying. I'd stay again, though.

the pillows were so soft and clean and the workers there so friendly and breakfast was good. and it was nice and quit, we really enjoyed our stay there for one night. my sister was in the hospital there at del webb medical center fighting cancer. and it was close to the hospital. thank you ! keep up the wonderful smiles.

Do not stay at Windmill Suites if you want to sleep at all. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The grounds are nice. The staff is polite if not entirely helpful. But the noise! Right now, the hotel is almost empty, and yet for four nights, the staff put someone over us. (We had a dog and were required to be on the bottom floor). The noise is some combination of Riverdance, the circus, and jumping from heights to stomp on our heads. No voices, just booms and stomps and a weird rolling sound. One night a dog cried for two hours left alone and the staff didn't "know what to do about it." The wifi was so inconsistent I had to hotspot my phone for my business call because the connection kept dropping. Breakfast was find. The coffee is good. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable--just no sleep is possible with all the noise. I guess you get what you pay for here.
