We loved this park when we stayed for 2 winters! I’m wondering if Jackie is still the manager. She is a great person and kept the park looking perfect! We are coming back to Yuma this fall and hope to stay here! Are you still there Jackie? 😁

Horrible ! Dangerous! Do not rent or buy they won't fix anything instead they will hide the problem and lie about it when you confront them. ||They will promise a refund and won't follow through. The staff was very nice. They were very accommodating with our puppy, lots of dog lovers here. The park was very clean, good amenities and all full hookups. Only downside was the overnight parking spaces are directly in front of the office building, like you are parking in the registration lanes.

New owners are spoilers of a good thing according to some residents.doing away with rec center, and raising rent. No longer a 55 plus park so lots kids now are around unsupervised.(nothing wrong with kids) just not the quiet park it used to be. Hearing that residents are moving out and not happy with higher prices. When summer comes they will start to understand how things work in these parts. The park will lose many people as the winter visitors head north.

Really nice little RV park. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and worked very hard to keep the park clean and nice looking! Has a decent sized pool, nice little laundry room with newer front load washing machines, bathrooms, and club house. Also the internet service you can get in the park is really fast and reliable. If we ever make our way back to Yuma, this is where we will be staying!

Bought a trailer here at the park a little over 3 years ago. It used to be a great park, but has changed quite a bit since new ownership. My lot rent has gone up $100 since I've lived here. Being handicap and limited on my mobility, it's hard to keep my front porch free of the ficus trees leaves that make such a mess on there. The electricity can be pretty costly, mines was almost $400 one summer month, I have NEVER had such a high electric bill like that!! Out of sympathy, my ex-husband ended up buying me a window unit to cut my bill down. More than likely it was the original old AC unit that caused the high bill. Honestly though, if it were possible, I'd move my trailer out of there into a more affordable, quiet place instead of having to deal with rent prices unexpectedly going up, uncontrolled speeding cars throughout the park, unsupervised kids running the ridges throughout the park, and the younger generation that doesn't know how to live quietly after 10pm! Think twice before deciding to live here long term.

First time we looked it over a year ago, I thought it had possibilities for us then to setup camp here in Yuma.
And after a couple of other parks that just didn't have a great feeling from management.
And after getting settled in and setup . I'm starting to get a great and comfortable feel.
Nice size lots, WI-FI great signal strength, furnished picinic tables, and the downfall is but not the parks problem , if you're looking for sociable type of people they don't live or stay here though or I haven't ran across anyone yet.
