While conveniently located for Willamette Pass skiing, this has to be the worst place I've stayed in. The room smelled stale and old, with a hint of dog pee. It was dirty and run down. I couldn't believe the mid week charge was $185 for one night for such a low grade stay. The "kitchenette" was straight out of a broken down trailer park and the bathroom was disgusting. I don't think the comforter on the bed had ever been washed. WiFi was a joke. Stay anywhere else - this place was terrible.

A savior in the night!

Me and my girlfriend got stuck in a snow storm and were lucky enough to stumble upon this Inn. We didn’t have to wait long for service and getting checked in.

The room had its own kitchenette as well as a heater AND a fire place. The room was clean and spacious.

The service was great as the man who had checked us in also had the parking lot plowed by 8:30~9:00 am. As it was still snowing he had given us some tips on how to get out of the storm.

Great place with a great location!

They messed up our reservation twice and ended up in the only room without a fireplace. Pretty disappointed. Dried urine on the toilet, mirrors were dirty, hair in the sink. Harsh white lighting. Would not recommend

I used to live here when i was a little girl about the first grade. My grandmother managed the place for awhile. I lived in the connecting room to the house that is apart of the lobby. One of the best times of my life. Cleaning rooms making beds we had a supplie of muffins, oranges, and peanut butter crackers all for guest when they would come to their rooms. Really wish time would go back to these moments.

We had a very bad experience at the Willamette Pass Inn.
We stayed in room 307 (beside laundry room) where there were many bed bugs and un-cleanliness bedsheet due to which we couldn't sleep.
When we called the receptionist about the issue, the person was not even apologising and was very rudely asked us to pack our bags to move into another room.
I would not recommend anyone to stay in this Motel

We purchased a cabin at the last minute due to the first cabin not being anything that we expected. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find Willamette pass in chalet having a beautiful cabin available at the same price and last minute. We were able to walk through prior to purchasing. We will definitely be returning. From check-in to check out, it was worth the price.

This is a VERY nice room. Immaculately clean and it has a fireplace. Firewood ar the door!!
Staff was very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next trip in the area.

We stayed in the Young at Heart Chalet #507 this past weekend during the smoke and heat. Lots of fires in the area. Chalet is definitely starting to show it's age. It was a cute chalet with 2 twin beds in the loft and 1 larger bed in the little bedroom. It served our purposes however there is NO air conditioning only 1 fan that worked and no hair dryer. The twins were comfortable but the larger bed needs a new mattress because it squeaks a lot and is uncomfortable. The Chalet was clean but it was kind of disappointing for $255 a night + taxes. Store and gas station right across the street which was convenient.
