Our experience with White Pepper was outstanding from start to finish. The process began with a tasting months ago, and their team impressed us with their organization, efficiency, and transparency. They carefully reviewed and cross-checked all venue and vendor rentals or contracts, catching errors and ensuring everything was perfect.

The food at our wedding reception was exceptional, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Despite the extreme heat, the staff delivered top-notch service to 150 guests with professionalism. We deeply appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail from the team. Thank you for making our event unforgettable!

We are so glad we chose White Pepper as our wedding caterer! Their PNW-inspired menu was a hit—our guests raved about the food (unsolicited compliments galore!) and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. From the gorgeous charcuterie during cocktail hour to the delicious family-style dinner and the cookies that disappeared in minutes, every dish was spot on.
From the very beginning, we felt the warmth of how they run their business—our tasting had a family feel, and that care extended through the entire process. Jenny, our main point of contact, was incredibly patient, communicative, and supportive of our particular vision.
They even sent us home with leftovers, which we enjoyed the next day on a post-wedding picnic—still just as tasty! We truly can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

We worked with White Pepper catering for our October 2023 wedding. They were great to work with and helped us develop a delicious and filling vegetarian menu that our non-veg guests were thrilled with. Their staff were helpful and kind in the lead-up to the event, and the on-site staff were lovely and helpful as well.

The food was delicious, beautiful, and locally sourced. We were well fed and left with tons of leftovers. It couldn't have been better!

White Pepper catered our wedding in December of 2023. We tasted two caterers and White Pepper was the clear choice. We can't recommend them enough. We worked with Wil and he was so helpful. Our venue only had a prep kitchen and White Pepper rented the necessary equipment to cook outside on the sidewalk so that the food would be fresh. Day of went super smoothly and all staff were so kind and professional. All of our guests were raving about the food and our guests with allergies and/or dietary restrictions commented how accommodating they were. The food was plated beautifully, down to flowers on the butter. We continue to visit them on their Thursday burger nights because the food is just hard to stay away from.

First of all WOW! White pepper catered our wedding at the Griffin House and it was seriously the best decision. We got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was and how friendly the service was. We are insanely grateful that we had white pepper cater our big day. Everyone was full and happy and it made for a successful day!

White Pepper went above and beyond during our entire wedding planning process! From the start, they were quick to respond and very well organized. My husband and I loved the intimate tasting they offered and their flexibility for requests. They took the time to meet with us for a walk through and took on more responsibility during the reception than I would have expected. Wil and his team made sure everything went off without a hitch and stayed on track. More importantly, the food was delicious and beautifully presented! No salmon will ever compare to the salmon we had on our wedding day! White Pepper is the way to go for any event but especially your wedding day!

When it came to planning our wedding, food was something that was very important to my husband and I. And White Pepper exceeded every expectation from the service to the food itself! All our guests raved about how delicious the food and drinks were as well as how nice the staff was. The attention to detail was unmatched especially when it came to making sure my husband and I were attended to. Always making sure our glasses were always full, making sure hors d'oeuvres were waiting for us as we signed our marriage license and serving us our plates with the buffet food. Kym was so easy and wonderful to work with. She did all the behind the scenes from making sure we had our perfect menu to putting together a wonderful tasting to coordinating with other vendors. We didn't even have to worry about any of the tableware or rentals. She handled it all! I highly recommend White Pepper and will be dreaming of our wedding food for years to come!
