This is an amazing boutique hotel/bed and breakfast. We stayed for three nights and loved the attention to detail. The decor is unique and beautiful, and there are small, special touches throughout. Delicious breakfast and locally made chocolates with a night time turn down service, wine and cheese hour daily. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The town is quaint and we had fun hiking the area. We would love to come back! 💕

What a wonderful stay at a quaint little Inn in a quaint little town. The staff is outstanding in taking care of their guests. The location is perfect with lots of eating and shopping all in walking distance. The breakfast is outstanding and is delivered by Letty who is a wonderful joy to be around. The rooms are very comfortable, and the common areas are very enjoyable and clean. The social hour with wine and cheese plate each evening was an excellent chance to talk with and meet other folks staying at the White Birch Inn. If you're in the Clayton area, you should give the Inn a visit.

Best place we have stayed in a long time. My wife loved the way the Inn was decorated. Small but wonderful staff who helped very timely with everything we requested. Breakfast was delicious and the payed great attention to my wife's dairy allergy. Room was very comfortable. The wine and cheese hour was nice. GREAT value. Except for hikes we walked to eat and shop. Will definitely go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Birch Inn. It was great. The service was excellent. Each afternoon they provide a charcuterie board and wine included on the stay. There is also a full bar available. Keurig coffee or hot tea is available 24/7. The host provides a tour of the inn. It is so uniquely and beautifully decorated. You fill out a request for breakfast the next morning. I had fresh fruit my husband had a yogurt parfait. Followed by scrambled eggs, muffin, bread, grits, hash browns, bacon or sausage. Coffee is also included or fresh squeezed juice. The inn is conveniently located in downtown Clayton. Clayton has many stores and restaurants. Our favorite is fortify pi.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Great location. Absolutely gorgeous inside. Everyone we encountered was so nice and service was excellent. We arrived just in time for wine and cheese time. Dana showed us around the property and to our room. She was very welcoming and kind. She also made us delicious cocktails later that night at the private bar. Walkable to everything in town. If you are looking for a place to stay that’s cozy, beautifully decorated, relaxing, great service, walkable to town, and great breakfast, stay here!

SUCH a wonderful experience at the White Birch Inn. This was our first stay and we will definitely be back. We stayed in the Mountain Laurel suite, and it was sooo cozy and lovely. The service we received from the hospitality team was personalized and they made us feel welcomed. If you are looking for a cozy place to get pampered that is within walking distance to all of downtown Clayton, this is a PERFECT place.

Great place to stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. In room fireplace was great. Coming and going to the property is made easy with multiple entry and exit points. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The happy hour wine and cheese was fun. Breakfast was relaxing and delicious. Can’t say enough positive things about the stay. A class place.
