Cute family owned cafe with amazing food and service. The best breakfast burrito I had in forever. Will definitely drive 3 hours to come back again!

Great food and ambience. There is a complete breakfast and lunch menu for vegans. Perfect place for meat and non meat eaters. All the food is fresh and you can tell that they take pride in their business. Please note that they only accept cash or check. No credit cards but they conveniently take Venmo. You won’t be disappointed. A must try!

My husband and I just had one of the best meals here! Don't let the size of this place fool you, it's a little space with a big personality! The employees are warm, welcoming and down to earth. The owner Maddi puts her heart and soul into all she does here and it shows; her attention to the details are what really make the food stand out. If you get the chance to try a recommendation from Maddi or a sample, trust her and don't miss your opportunity, she knows what she is doing. Thank you Maddi, for the phenomenal food and wonderful conversation! This will hands down be a our new regular spot. 🙌

My family and I had an amazing breakfast today at the Whistle Stop Cafe. My daughter enjoyed a hearty kids pancake with eggs and sausage, my son had a super tasty Chunky Monkey Pancake, my friend had a delicious breakfast burrito and I enjoyed one of the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had. The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing and the location was adorable and clean. They were very reasonably priced and well worth the visit. We are looking forward to stopping in again soon on our next trip down to Deep River. We highly recommend you try out this awesome place!

Picked up eggs Benedict w/ ham and home fries and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich with bacon. Both were perfect! The people who work there are incredibly nice as well. I can be picky when it comes to my home fries and asked for them to be overcooked/crispy, not only did they do that, the woman working specifically made it a point to tell me “I picked out the crispiest ones for you!” She was too kind, as well as the man who cashed me out. 5 stars to the employees, the atmosphere and of course, the food! Thank you Whistle Stop!

I don’t know how I could like this place better, the owner, the staff, the food and the atmosphere are all top notch. It all comes with a lesson in local lore and the food explained in detail. Love love love

This is such a cute cafe! The homemade chicken soup was amazing, and we loved the sandwich and wrap. Also, the iced tea was great. Maddie is such a nice girl, and I mentioned I had an allergy and they offered to clean down the grill before making my meal! We had a great experience.

Holy cannoli, was this place delicious! We got served by Maddie herself. She, and the rest of her staff, we're super attentive and friendly. The food itself was scrumptious and not bad on the wallet either! This is a quaint, welcoming place and I highly suggest you don't miss this spot for breakfast/brunch. There are a plethora of dedicated vegan and vegetarian options as well as a sizable omni menu. The vegan hot chocolate is EVERYTHING.
