We loved our stay here. We brought our little skiff to crab out on the bay and were able to launch from a nearby landing and tie it up to their private dock, so that we could hit the water at first light! Even though we only stayed for one night, the innkeepers were generous enough to let us park our trailer there the next day so we could continue our crabbing adventure. It's walking distance to the Salmonberry, and waking up on the water was wonderful. We had many fun conversations with the innkeepers as well. I can't wait to go back!

This little hidden gem has got to be one of my new favorite spots. Traveling down the coast and was searching for a fun spot to stay with the kids, this did not disappoint! Comfortable beds made it feel like home. Gordon in the office, such a funny gentleman and left lasting impressions on us. So glad to stumbled across this little place. Cool breakfast options and enough dvds to make it feel like an old blockbuster. Reviews on this place are 100% on point! Love it here! Will be back♡

Absolute gem on the coast. We skipped the high priced low end tourist town and decided to look at reviews and that led us to this place. There’s a reason it’s almost 5 stars. It is in an absolutely gorgeous location with recently renovated rooms. The room my husband and I stayed in, the honeymoon suite was private and had an amazing tub that was extremely close to a two person hot tub; it was DEEP. My 6’8 husband and I 5’8 could both fit in comfort together! On top of those great things, they have a great set up with kayaks, grills for personal use, and a cleaning station down on their deck. My husband and I were crabbing at Kelly’s marina nearby and if we needed to we could’ve cleaned them at the dock at the lodge. The owners are what make this 5 stars though. They are so friendly and clearly care about this place and its reputation. They have a movie room complete with some board games to make your stay interesting if you’re planning on staying in your room, and also have a ton of snacks and drinks that they build a picnic basket for you and give to you. All more I can say is we will be making this spot a yearly getaway. Can’t wait to come again!

This one of a kind hidden amazing hideaway getaway is my favorite place. I have made it my goal to stay in every room because each room has a theme and is decorated so perfectly..the hospitality and over the top extra on all the bonuses that come with staying here. All the free movie rentals your heart desires. breakfast choices galore from fruit to breakfast sandwiches yogurt.. even popcorn and bowls for our movie . It's the best ever!!!!

Amazing place!! We stayed with a group of 9 and fit perfectly in the captains quarters. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and we learned so much about the titanic. We loved the snack shack experience and the hundreds of movie options. The owners are so kind, funny, and just brought the experience to a whole new level. Additionally, the dock provided beautiful views and we are already planning out next trip 🙂

We have stayed at the Lodge twice now, and it is one of our favorite locations to celebrate our Anniversary. You cannot beat the view of the River and I really enjoyed birding and watching the wildlife fom the comfort of the room, which was really fantastic on a stormy day. The hospitality from the owners was amazing, they thought of everything to make our stay cozy and special. Thank you so much for all your kindness, we will definitely be back!

Just stayed here with my family for a night and cannot say enough positive things. Making a reservation over the phone was a breeze. The owners were super friendly when we arrived for check in.

Picking out our breakfast items when we checked in and taking them with us to have ready whenever we wanted in the morning was Awesome! I wish more people did that.

The kids loved all of the movies and games that we could borrow. The games were all in great condition and had of the pieces. Everything was clean, comfortable, and everything worked (lights, heater, fireplace, tv, dvd player). This was also the most comfortable bed I have slept on while traveling in years.

It was super easy to jump on 101 and head up or down the coast to other towns and easy exploring. If I need to stay at the coast again near this area I will definitely be coming back!

What a fantastic lodging experience. The room was SUPER clean, every detail was thought of (including wine glasses, blackout shades, a fan, refrigerator, lantern, dishes + more in the room!). Frankly...I couldn't think of one thing that would have been nice to have in the room that wasn't there. Breakfast options were fantastic! View was unbeatable. I would stay here again 100%. This was the best hotel experience. I travel a lot and write very few reviews..but this was such a great place. I'd recommend this wonderful place!
