Was a pretty decent place to stay
Location was good and easy to get too, access on and off the main road made this place a plus.
The rooms are pretty good size and bathrooms are huge, lots of counter space as well as the shower itself was great! Lots of room and good water pressure
Had 2 negativities to the place, 1 is parking is tough, have to walk aways if you get in late and your room is in the back.
The other is that there isn’t a bedside stand on both sides of the bed. Not convenient if you’re not alone. Understanding there’s only so much room available so not a deal breaker to go back for me.

Jorge at the front desk was super helpful , very friendly and I felt like he was wanting to do anything he could to make the check in and stay there super easy and stress free

I was assigned the wrong room. Paid for a room to accommodated 4, but was down graded to 2 people. I didn't signup to sit in bed for 4 days. The couch making lounging more comfortable. Also more space to move around. The staff kept saying they would look into it until I checked out. They never followed through or provided a solution. Contact the manger. He was suppose to email me, but never did. Customer service is terrible. Wish never paid into a temporary time share. Westgate is not it, do not invest in their property. Go with Hilton or Marriott, you won't be disappointed.

The room was nothing like what they said it would be and the «privat jacuzzi» was a dirty bathtub with hair in it. There was also hairs on the comforter and sheets. We asked for new ones and that was also not clean. We asked for new ones two more times before the comforter was clean but not the sheets and we gave up.

We stayed for 5 nights. Loved our room location by the hot tub. That was wonderful. I agree with most. Walls are very thin. Room we stayed in needed some repairs but was comfortable for us. Jorge at the front desk was AMAZING. He was always smiling and ready to help. He helped me with a phone situation I had. Eager to help in any way. We will be back!!

The renovated rooms were nice but lacked character. The amenities were minimal and the sauna in the women's bathroom didn't work. The staff didn't share anything about the golf resort or offer any discounts to anything. Since it was part of a timeshare visit it was still a great trip to Phoenix. Didn't seem to excitng for children in comparison to other Westgate properties. If you want a kitchen you have to reserve at least 2 bedrooms but if you only have a one bedroom option, it's best to just get a hotel room. The one bedroom is pretty small for an entire weeks stay.

It's really amazing. Rooms are huge and well put together. They upgraded me. Just cause. And I ended up with a one bedroom apartment. Now I kinda wish I lived here in AZ. Cause I now have this whole new family that I wasn't aware of for 35 years, and truly. This place has made the nerve wracking experience brought on by this new, trifling but none the less new development of my life and all these truly pleasant I've never felt such warmth and just overall good vibes.. that I haven't till now.. my brains like. Phew pew pew

Positive: Grounds were very clean and nice, large pool and hot tub was very nice. Negative: Room was very small and did not meet the definition of a Villa, needed updated very badly. Stayed 5 days, ask on the 3rd day to have room cleaned. They left a sack of towels and soap and shampoo outside the door. Not very RESORT LIKE.

Put your money towards somewhere else, we stayed here in a pinch because other hotels were booked out or charging insane amounts per day. This was affordable and so we took it. Service was great and staff was super friendly! But that’s the nicest thing I can say about this place. To start the room apperead okay at first. But the corners of the room had piles of dust and hair, the mattress was the oldest mattress I have seen in a hotel or resort. Comforter was yellowed and had 2 sheets sandwiching it like some sort of duvet. And the worst part of it is that the walls were so thin you could hear neighbors talking. Felt so uncomfortable in my own room I didn’t want to be there.
