What are Magnificent place. Hard to find a coffee ☕️ but it's huge and needed to figure it out. Great place to meet new people. Lots of Texans... my kind of people. FYI the sing on the door made me bust a gut! 😅😇

Great place to rest your head if you are in the area. Beds are to die for and hotel staff is extremely helpful, professional, and go above and beyond for guest satisfaction. Rooms are reasonably priced in comparison to bigger casino/hotel prices. Cabin rentals for bigger parties are new and modern with all the conveniences of home. Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus for personal privacy. Casino is extremely clean and casino staff is so friendly! If you are tired of the huge casinos with no scenery then this little spot of heaven is for you. To wake up to the sunrise over the lake is worth every penny!

Been smoked twice at the BJ table at Westbay. If one of the two Josh's are at the blackjack table. Get up and walk away. Other than that, the place is quite lovely. Tentative staff and clean facilities.

We accidentally found this place and gave it a try. What a gem! The casino was smoke-free, well lite, and very clean. Only a few card table games but a decent variety of slot machines. Staff was regularly wiping down the machines. The staff ... from the time you entered the building, behind the bar, those cleaning, and the cashier were incredibly friendly and helpful if you have questions. We will definitely return.

West Bay used to be a smoke free casino. It has now been changed to allow smoking inside the casino. The casino is too small to allow smoking. I went there tonight and could smell the smoke the second I walked in the door. I played for a while but left because I got a headache from the smoke. My mother has COPD and West Bay was where she loved to go because it was small (she could walk around without feeling tired) and it was smoke free. What a terrible decision! Won't be back unless it is smoke free again. Guess Choctaw Casino is where I will play from now on (they have a huge smoke free area).

My husband and I would often frequent this casino as it was smoke free and it just overall felt good to go to as the staff is always nice and helpful as well as it's a very nice hotel. But.... we came in this past weekend and smelled smoke and saw ashtrays all over and it totally ruined it for us. We will NOT be going back unless they change it back to non smoking.

We all accept that casinos are inherently greedy, but only true sleaze can turn a once beacon of cleanliness into just another pit of hell for the suicidal masses. It's a sad fact that if a person is dumb enough to smoke, they are generally dumb enough to lose more money, so I guess I can't fault their decision to ruin the place for the minority. The weekly visits were nice while they lasted, but we won't be back until the carcinogenic tar is scrubbed away.

This used to be such a nice and clean place to hang out and have fun. I used to recommend West Bay to everyone. Last Friday the casino began allowing smoking, and the nonsmoking policy is what we all loved. Not to mention that West Bay, Texoma Casino, & Megastar are all sister-casinos, and they allow smoking at the other two casinos, so I’m not sure why they couldn’t just leave West Bay as the one nonsmoking option. Unless any changes are made, we’ll be choosing Choctaw from now on, because West Bay is way too little to handle all of the smoke.
