Fries were soggy and didn’t look or taste good. I turned around for fresh fries and they were hotter but still not good in taste or looks. I also bought two Baconators with this order and when I took two bites into it, I noticed the top bun was tougher than usual. When I lifted the bun, the bottom was char black.

If this is the Wendys at the gas station in Brent AL it sucks... I was traveling for work and stopped at a Wendys in Brent AL and the chicken sandwich was bad, the fries had a bad after taste. It seemed as if all the food was old and stale, had a stomach ache shortly after but no food poisoning thankfully. Avoid this location!

Food was fine, but they took forever, and the group in front of me had left after standing there for 5 to 10 minutes after i was there. I took another minite or two after that for them to finally take my order, and then the person who took it didn't even pay half attention to what I said.

I stopped at Wendy to get lunch. This is the second time in 1 week. I asked for my receipt, and the cashier said it wasn't printing. She offered to take a picture of it but I declined. Please get this fixed. My meal was a #1 with a small orange frosty. Total cost was 13.71. This seemed high, and the fact that I was given a single and not a double makes me think I was overcharged. This was 5-27-2024

Went inside to order. We were told it'll be a second. Lady workers were just walking around the store, talking. Another worker just holding cash in her hand, just waiting to get robbed. We left. Never had a chance to order. Waited too long. I'll take my money and time elsewhere....

After waiting forever 25 minutes, I want a single combo meal, I still received incorrect food from extremely rude employees. The little girl in the drive-through trying to be sweet was the only saving grace.

Rudest wendy in town Kicked me out the store with my Registered service dog that i got because of my disability they were super rude and ask me to leave even after i showed them all the documents nobody was wearing nametags so couldnt properly name the people involve but they definetly need to be checked nobody wanted to give me their names even the manager refused to give me his name so unprofessional and unethical. Would never recommend anyone to stop here unless the want to be treated worst then a Dog

Poor management. Place is filthy inside. Employees act like you are bothering them and do not acknowledge that you are standing at the counter. ALWAYS are out of items. Called corporate, but they don't seem to do anything about these ongoing issues.
