Old pictures. This place is a run down dump. Blankets hanging on the office windows. No one in the office. Shares a parking lot with a liquor store so hope you don't mind dealing with drunks. We made a reservation online and drove all the way from Ohio. Got here and couldn't even get our room. Called the call service and they couldn't even reach anyone by phone. So they say we will get a refund. Well that doesn't make up for the 3 angry babies after driving all day. Now we get to go find another. Guaranteed we never see the refund.

This is a zero star hotel. Management is rude. They are con artists and I don’t recommend this place. Management lies. Rooms are broken down and filthy. Broken toilets, sinks, etc. They want give you towels. The only positive is the view and God supplied that. I have nothing positive to say about the management or the hotel. Both disgusting.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!
They gave us CURTAINS for blankets, 1 pillow on each bed and there was 3 of us. Dead bugs all over the bathroom counter, a dead spider by the bathroom on the floor, old ice cream in the fridge, no wifi and the tv didn’t work. I had to ask for towels and they gave me 2. Tried to get management for a refund but no one answered the door. Next day I couldn’t get a manager or owner to get a refund. This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed. The view is the only thing they have going for them. Smh. Used to be a wonderful hotel. 0 stars.

Location was the only thing this place has going for it. No tv because they didn’t pay their bill, one towel no wash clothes. Bed had holes all down the sides. Sheet looked to have love stains on them. The Mosquitos in the room were horrible. Could see light through the logs in the wall. The bathtub was full of dirt.
Went to the office/store three times to try and get something done about tv. They don’t understand English so I had to figure out the wifi myself.
Picnic tables outside are falling or have fell apart. Dock looks rotten wouldn’t trust walking out on it. The dock next to it has already collapsed into the water. And all this for 75$.
Do not recommend.

Sweet people that own the motel & Weiss Market/liquor store just next door..10 second walk from our door. Great rates, clean, Comfortable rooms. Cozy. Only problem I had was the carpet had moisture in it. But I guess that's expected when u walk out ur motel room straight out onto the dock & peer being the closest room to the lake. Owners don't bother u. I've stayed twice this past week. Hour drive one way. So yes, I recommend this motel. Rooms in the front of the motel I'm told have Jacuzzis. I stayed in rm 14 both times, which is 2 queen size beds & flat screen..and it was like 50 bux + tax.

Disgusting people who prey on women and men they are all bisexual dirty rooms no cable dead bugs really recommend days inn in centre over this place any day we were refused a refund they don’t provide fresh clean sheets or tissue they refer you to the laundry mat and the dollar general horrible place I left before checkout because I refused to stay in such filth

The motel sits right on the edge of Weiss Lake. Although they are showing their age, this is only where the problems start. The room appeared to be clean but that was just on the surface.The curtains first caught my eye. One was 8 to 10 inches shorter than the other. Now that could be overlooked so I might not appear to be overly harsh in my judgement. Except if you looked under or behind anything you could see there had not been a proper habit of cleaning it quite a while. There was dust and trash littering the areas that were not normally seen. At the price of a night in one of their rooms I expected better care and cleaning practices.

The rooms were dirty , they said they would clean the room. They didn't and then wouldn't give me a refund. This place is nasty and they don't care
