On behalf of my elderly mother (92 yrs old) who is in need of hearing aids for the first time, I was recommended the Sun City West office by my brother-in-law (he too is very impressed with the service!). Coming from a lengthy hospitality background, customer service is what I value most and Aaron (business owner) definitely delivered. He was patient, provided explanations in relatable terminology, addressed our concerns, all within a stress-free atmosphere. Lynne (coordinator) was very attentive to our scheduled appointment and follow-up. No pressure "to buy", and insurance coverage options and hearing aid choices were explained easily. My mother's ears were cleaned of some ear-wax build up before the "hearing" test was conducted and her appointment lasted just a little over one hour. My mom's hearing-aid fitting will be in about 2.5 weeks (due to holidays) and I will post more info around that time.
