Super charming! Staff was above and beyond - they were welcoming, friendly, hospitable. Can’t recommend enough and don’t understand the lack of stars. Don’t come with expectations of a cookie cutter experience - expect carpet, antique, vintage wallpaper. We loved the historic feel and the three bars with cozy fireplaces. It was like staying in a museum. But, to reiterate, the staff were who made the experience. Shout out to Patrick and Hammer!

The noise, in my view, is not a significant concern; rather, the condition of the rooms warrants greater attention. There is black mold present in the shared bathroom, and our room, number 58, has a carpet that needs replacement. The rates charged are excessive considering the quality of the accommodations, as I have experienced more pleasant stays at other motels. Great for weddings though.

Very very cool restored historic hotel. Sadly, they prioritize partying in the onsite bars rather than a nice stay for hotel guests. Incredibly loud music until 3am. Beds are horrible and they bait and switch prices on their website.

Central to downtown Flagstaff. If you are looking for something different than the usual chain hotels, this is a charming and affordable option. Friendly staff, interesting building with lots of history. Also the bar on the third floor is open to the public. Perfect for people watching while having a beverage.

I was excited for my stay at this hotel but after my weekend I left disappointed. Upon checking in for my two night stay, I was told for whatever reason that I would have room 53 the first night and was being switched to room 49 the next day. Not only that but I was told I had to check out of the first room at 11 am and couldn’t come back until 3pm. I carried my luggage down to my car and up back to my room for the second time and was told I could have left my luggage in the room and it would have been moved for me. Almost every time I went down to the lobby I had to wait at the desk for 5-10 minutes until someone showed up. On the second night I stayed I had locked the door to the room and showered and was still unclothed when a man walked straight into my room. Not really sure how this happened because I was positive I locked the door. After that I made sure the chain was on too because it made me feel extremely unsafe. I did enjoy the little quirks of the building but the service was just terrible and I really would have stayed at another hotel if I knew I was getting kicked out for the whole afternoon on the second day of my stay. Would not recommend staying at this hotel in the summer either because there is no central ac unit, only a window ac that does not work well and is noisy.

Owners are very transparent and upfront when booking a room. They are an entertainment hotel with 3 bars in the building and it might be noisy if you are wanting peace and quiet. Maybe I was lucky staying on a Thursday night. I found the room quiet, the staff friendly and an all-around cool vibe. It's right in the middle of old downtown Flagstaff and there is no shortage of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed on a Saturday night. Our room had a window overlooking the street. Was not nearly as noisy as anticipated. Though the street could be heard, it did not bother us one bit.

The historical building is beautifully maintained and is a treat to behold. The wife was able to connect to the WiFi on her phone, but I was not (5G was not getting through the brick walls). There are worse things than being disconnected.

Perfect walking distance to a ton of great places to eat or shop.

Fantastic old building. Great entrance. staff friendly and helpful. Met the owner who is lovely and very passionate about her hotel. Had great conversations with her, Ate and watched blues music fab evening, food is lovely. Great atmosphere
