2 stars because my family was for a long time loyal , until an engine code threw on my fiancés car . We took it there and they did other routine maintenance like an oil change . But the engine code came back . We took it back and the engine code kept throwing . Turns out they replaced the wrong part entirely and put the wrong type of oil in her car . Which is verified by the part# on the Inhouse receipt they give you .
They were also suppose to fix her trunk motor , and we went back 2 times for that as well . They didn’t fix it , we even had the mechanic and secretary come out and show them it’s not working , all they did was scratch their heads .

They use the cheapest oil and cheapest filter available on the market . Not to mention they put oil filters on way too tight possibly leading to stripping the threading .

Don’t bother asking for receipts of the purchase order of their parts , they will say they are going to give it to you - but never will . Don’t bother asking for a refund , it will never happen .

In all I did a 30 second google search found the part to replace and did it myself - no more DVT Code .

Had we done it ourselves from the start, it would have been $200 . But now they just put us out $400 .

I have a Jeep grand Cherokee. I called them. Explaining what the vehicle was doing They said you will have to bring it in for us to hook it up to our computer and look over everything before we’re able to give you an estimate at that point in time we’ll give you an estimate you can look and see what u would like to fix which is what happened I said I need it to not run hot I’ll wait on the ac that’s if it will not hurt it she replied no it will not thermostat was on that lasted about three months I started at this point in time recording everything that I currently have. She tells me the same story you gotta bring it in. We’ve gotta check it. Y’all just put a thermostat on it I don’t know why it’s still running hot. She says sometimes the thermostats can be bad, but we won’t know without getting you in here so I took her word that sometimes that’s gonna happen so I go in for the second thermostat now the third time it’s red and hot. It left me and my boys stranded at their school. Some gentlemen comes up, plugged his reader up to it And tells me that he got guarantees me. It is a water pump this time I call she says if you can bring it up here we will plug it up again. I said I don’t know why that I am having to tell you all basically what I want done to it when I tell you the symptoms Will you please look it over to make sure that I can fix this running hot issue if it does not have nothing to do with my AC unit I will still wait on that she says OK we will make sure we go over everything I go to pull in and ask, can I speak to the gentleman who is working on the vehicles to show him on a video of what it’s doing this time this made three or four times and bringing it to them and I’m not sure why the problem is not fixed she goes and gets him acting as if she does not want to. I explain and showed the videos to the gentleman he says I will flush all your lines and put new fluid in it this time so maybe that will work this time. They only charged me for the labor of the thermostat and for the water pump about six months goes by again. It’s really hot again. I call up and ask what am I supposed to do now y’all put a water pump and thermostat on at this time and it’s still running hot. I asked for all the test to be run that could be for us to check everything out obviously you or the mechanic got Me. I can only give you the symptoms that I’m getting it is left up to you all to diagnose them and fix them at this point yes I was being a smart ass. She got an attitude back with me and said ma’am we are only doing what we see see that can be fixed right now. I said well I don’t understand why I’m getting charged every single time for the same problem I brought in a little over a year ago clearly it’s not just the thermostat water pump at this pool in tub. My husband is going to change the thermostat and he also found a pee hole in the radiator which I thought y’all had done a fluid test with die. She tells me mayor. I understand you being frustrated and upset, but you will just have to bring it in again. I said no if my husband puts a better thermostat on it will that affect the warranty of the water pump she says no as long as he does not touch the water pump. Well, who knows my husband puts on a better thermostat come to find out they was only changing the guts in the thermostat charging me for a full thermostat shame on them at this point in time I will not go back to them or recommend anybody to go to them. That is why I’m leaving this review. please do entire research before taking something to somebody
