This B n B is the place to go.
Vicky is so warm and welcoming.
The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. It's located in a good area and parking is no problem. It's street parking but neighborhood is a good fit.
Vicky cooks breakfast right there and will make what you want.
This was our Second stay and plane to stay in future.
The motel we stayed at was the worse I ever had then I found this place. It was heaven sent.
Looking for a B n B go here. It is top on my list.

We stayed at Wayman’s Corner B&B for 5 days as we were visiting family in Greenville, OH. Vicky was a gracious host. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet seeing we were the only guests during midweek here. Due to Covid she couldn’t serve breakfast but she did provide us with warm pastries every morning from the local bakery. They were delicious and quite a variety everyday. We had the use of the kitchen so we made our own coffee and made ourselves right at home. Despite the limitations Vicky was quite concerned with our comfort and made our stay quite comfortable. Parking was on the street right in front of the home. We definitely will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Beautifully restored & maintained, this 1920's vintage B & B is very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed sitting on the spacious upstairs porch. Our hostess, Vicky, was warm, charming and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Her breakfasts are spectacular! Fresh, home-made and healthy. Her home-made pancakes must have set a new record for fluffy! We'd never visited Greenville before, but we'll look forward to returning to Wayman's when we're in the area in the future.

Four of us stayed in Greenville for 5 days on business, and we were all housed at Wayman's Corner. There are four separate bedrooms/sitting areas, each has their own individual bathroom, a shared full kitchen, living room, and dining room downstairs, an upstairs back porch off of one bedroom, an upstairs front porch, and a downstairs front porch. This house is quiet, spacious, and inviting. Every one of us felt our beds and rooms were comfortable. Decorations are tastefully eclectic. Vicky is a wonderful chef, she brought us homemade breakfast every day! The place is immaculate. If you have some time, take a moment and look through the photos of the renovation of the B&B - quite an undertaking! It is about 45 minutes from Greenville to the airport in Dayton OH. Wayman's Corner is a gem! Such a welcome relief from the usual hotel chain -- I felt like I was "at home!" I can recommend it without hesitation!

I decided to stay here because of a job that I had for 6 months, and it was like a home away from home! Everything was so comfortable and clean, and Mrs. Vicky went out of her way for my needs and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone, including those passing through for the night as well as someone like me that needs a space for a good couple of months.

What a nice quiet place. We were on the 127 garage sale and looked for a unique place to stay. Vickie was a great host. The house has been painstakingly renovated. We had the rooftop retreat. Very relaxing. Vickie made us a nice breakfast before shipping us back to the garage sale. I would recommend this B&B.

Soooooo enjoyed our stay at Vicky's B&B. She is a wonderful hostess and made us feel welcome and at home in her wonderful old home. 6 of us had come to Greenville for a Wine and Jazz event at a local restaurant. Not wanting to risk driving home at night on dark snowy roads, we decided to make it a little get-a-way by staying overnight. Great idea! We all got a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds and well appointed bedrooms with attached baths. In the morning we were treated to Vicky's sparkling personality and a delicious hot breakfast. She even made special soufflés for our 3 vegetarians! The best part was sitting around the dining room table in our pajamas, robes and "bed-head" laughing, talking and sipping coffee for most of the morning. We had such a good time, we're talking about making it an annual thing!

We decided to take a day-trip through our own Ohio, Preble County, to visit covered bridges. Ventured into Richmond VA, and back to Greenville for the night. We had been given the 'code' to enter the B&B, where we found a note to "pick" our room as we would be the only guests for the night. Shortly thereafter, Vicky appeared to greet us from next door, and help us get settled in to the room we chose. She is such a sweet person - wonderful innkeeper and breakfast cook!! (Thanks for those recipes!!) The room was bright and cheery, and the bed comfortable. Free WiFi from their home next door - but really didn't need it. Vicky gave us ideas of things to do downtown, places to eat ... and at breakfast we had a wonderful conversation. The room was very clean; the bathroom had a nice shower and plenty of hanging space and shelves for toiletries. We told her we would recommend to anyone, and if we ever venture back, we'll stay at this B&B.
