Food was excellent, restrooms were clean, and our server Sue was so wonderful and informative. We live down the road and will for sure be back! You’ll have to try the lemon meringue pie. We ordered a slice and Sue was kind enough to slice it in half- the perfect size!

Come here just for the nostalgia! It opened in 1912, and is still going strong! I had the liver and onions, and hubby had the cabbage rolls. Both were huge portions, and each entree comes with 2 sides. But the star of the show here was our server, Theresa. She was amazing! She provided the best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant in Ohio. What more can I say? Thanks Theresa!

If you are looking for old fashion home cooking, this is the place to go. Everyone in our party of 5 loved their food. The menu has a large selection to choose from. They have daily specials too. The amount of pies, cookies, cinnamon rolls and etc they offer is incredible. The prices are reasonable too. Everyone on the staff was very nice and attentive. They have all sized tables and booths and plenty of seating. The parking area is big too. The decor looks to be original wallpaper and there’s lots of history posted on the walls to read and look at. It’s like you step back in time. It’s kinda refreshing.

My husband and I had breakfast there on our way to Mansfield. The host and waitress were friendly and accommodating. The food was good, but yes, it’s on the bland side. They have salt and pepper on the table. Understandably, many of their regulars are elderly people who can’t have overly seasoned foods for health reasons. If you don’t like it, don’t go back. If you do, then do so. Simple as that.

We were out for a Sunday drive and found this place by accident.
Atmosphere would have received higher stars had it not been for the witnessed event described below.
First things first, if you are lucky enough to get Theresa as your server, you are in for a great dining experience. As first timers she made our experience wonderful.
My husband chose the seafood plate that included, a crab cake, a cod fillet, clam strips and shrimp plus 2 sides. He said it was really good.
I enjoyed the liver and onions plus 2 sides.
I wanted to try multiple dishes but since we were out driving, take out was not an option. Choosing a side is not an easy task, they have a lot of good options.
Along with the regular menu, they also have daily specials.
I attached a photo of the daily specials.
Oh they also have a fabulous assortment of baked cakes, pies cookies etc. We were so full from our meal, we did not get to sample.
Our only set back while enjoying our meal was listening to a staff member speak to another staff member unprofessionally and being disrespected from across the restaurant. I did try to speak with Andrew the manager before we left, but was told he was busy and not available.

On our way home from our vacation driving through Utica we decided to stop at Watt's for lunch. We we're very glad we did. The food was so good. We had the Saturday special chicken & noodles over mashed potatoes. It was really good. The noodles tasted like they were homemade thick cut and real mashed potatoes. I really like the macaroni salad. I got a piece of peanut butter pie to take home and that was good too. I wish we lived closer because we would definitely go here often. The waitress and the general manager was very friendly. The service was fast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. It's been there for 112 years so they know what they're doing. And the prices are very reasonable. We went to Homes County Amish for 3 days looking for some good homemade food. Unfortunately we couldn't find any good restaurants anymore.

The comfort food is served hot and it’s rather bland not super delicious but good! You will leave full and satisfied. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. Worth checking out if you like fresh home cooked meals and a good selection.
