Love the location. Walkable to everywhere in cologny beach. The unit was spacious and clean. Not too dated. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Pools and resort areas were great!

This resort has nice big clean units. The view from our balcony looked out onto wetlands. We were only a two block walk from the beach. There is a lot of shopping within walking distance.

Nice pools, and a hot tub that has become one of my favorite hot tubs.

Exceptional Front Desk Person, Caroline. Very Friendly, cordial, and professional. We met her when returning to the front desk for a request. The initial greeting was not nearly as timely or cordial from a different person.. Condo is good. Clean. Well maintained. A/C Heater would not get room above 68 unless put on Emrg Heat. Fixtures are a little dated. Room location was a mystery, not initial explained upon arrival.

Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. They gave us 2 bikes to use to ride all over the island and we were close to the bike/walking trail that goes all around the island. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The resort had activities, but we were so busy that we didn't participate in them.

Waterside is a favorite resort, we've stayed here several times. You can walk to many restaurants, shops and the ocean. When we bring friends we get a 3 br unit which has 2 master suites so it's very comfortable and private for everyone. Well appointed kitchen is nice because we often cook.

love waterside -- booked 3 bedrooms 3baths and a 2 bedroom 2baths-- walking distance to coligny plaza piggly wiggly shops and wonderful restaurants even a unique hardware store!!!! walking distance to coligny beach and park can even walk to Holy Family Catholic Church!! Had a Great time with family. Will go back Love Hilton Head! This was my second visit to Waterside

We have stayed here 2x and have found it quiet (obviously in the winter it would be less busy). It has covered parking, plus the grounds are well maintained. It's a little walk (or you can get the golf cart to take you) to the beach etc.

The room was a touch smaller than we were expecting, but there was still enough room to move around with a wheelchair. Everything you may need is within walking distance or jump on a golf cart shuttle. The elevator in our building was SLOW 🐌, and needs to be served. Trash shoots needs some attention as well. We will most likely be staying there again in the future.
