Very nice time, enjoyed the back story. Hosts very accommodating and helpful. Delicious breakfast, great property. Nice and quiet and they even had a Baldwin grand piano!! My husband was in heaven playing it. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend, if you have trouble with steps book the queen suite plus it has a walk in shower. Would be great for a ladies retreat.

We visited the weekend after Thanksgiving when Ashtabula county received 3 feet of snow and it was perfect. Easy entry and access. Private and welcoming. Secure parking on the property. Stayed in the king suite, loved the whirlpool tub and huge space. Kate and Joe were perfect hosts and make a great breakfast. The snow was cleaned up straight away and even offered us to stay beyond the check out to allow the roads to be cleared. All in all a wonderful stay and will certainly be back.

Great bed and breakfast in the heart of wine country! We stayed in the double queen room which was perfect for our girls trip! Plenty of space in the room to spread out. We had direct access to the back deck which over looked the grape vines, horse pasture and many acres that the B&B sits on.
Saturday and Sunday they offer a full breakfast. Joe was our chef each morning. We was wonderful host and gave us a history of the B&B, the area and the old school house across the street. He gave us suggestions of which Wineries to go to and made sure we were offered water and snacks for our day.

My husband and I stayed for just one night on our visit to the area's wineries.||We enjoyed our stay very much. The keyless entry into the main house and individual room was very convenient and easy. Our room was lovely, we stayed in the Balcony room. The view of the acreage in the back was so pretty and peaceful. Our room was large and well appointed. There were even 2 chocolate cookies to welcome us.||In the morning we were expecting a continental breakfast as was stated on the website. However, we went downstairs to the kitchen to find that Joe had made us delicious breakfast sandwiches, a side of bacon, and a hash brown patty. It was delicious. This is in addition to muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and other snacks that were also available. Joe was very friendly, and when we expressed an interest, told us the history of the property. ||We are planning on staying again next fall on our annual "wine trip."

Kate and her husband are fantastic hosts. We've stayed 4 times over the years and will continue to come back. Great location, great privacy and we love the addition of the Keurig machines in the rooms. I highly recommend Warner Concord B&B. A+

Amazing stay at The Warner Concord Farms B&B! We did a girls trip to Ohio's wine country region and booked a 2-night stay at this gem. They have a double queen room which was perfect for our girls trip. The room was huge and offered plenty of space for all of us. A bonus was having the large back balcony right off our room which overlooked the vineyards, horse pasture and the many acers this property is on. Saturday and Sunday offers a full homemade breakfast. Joe (one of the owners) was wonderful with giving the history of the home and suggestions on which wineries to hit. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the day (water, snacks). The room had a Keurig, coffee pods, sugar & creamer and a mini fridge which was great for our wine storage. If we ever make our way back for another trip to Ohio's wine country I would be thrilled to stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful hosts, great breakfast, comfortable beds and so clean!||Games to play in the community room.||Too chilly for us to enjoy the balcony and the view, so we opted to cozy up next to the fireplace. ||Interesting history of the property documented in photos.

What a beautiful B&B! What amazing hosts Kate & Joe were! Stayed at this lovely B&B for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and it was the Perfect Choice! The Inn is beautiful with all the oak woodwork and special features like the staircase and gorgeous oak kitchen! Our room was the King w a balcony and amazing views of the vineyard, horse barn, and breath-taking trees & woods. Kate & Joe are the innkeepers and do a fantastic job with the delicious breakfast, daily snacks and the yummy cookies. You can tell they love their job as Innkeepers and are so friendly and nice. Such a unique place to celebrate our big milestone.|Jim and Barb
