Warehouse4 are coffee connoisseurs, serving up delicious espresso drinks, house made pastries and a wide variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Lots of space to sit with friends or a laptop. Cortado is my go-to drink and favorite pastries here are the seasonal scones and cinnamon rolls (on weekends). The Romesco Feta & Egg breakfast sandwich is also very satisfying and flavorful.

We stopped in for the first time today. I love that they serve breakfast all day. The breakfast burrito was amazing and so was the espresso brownie and hazelnut iced latte. The atmosphere is cozy and has plenty of outlets if you need to charge your phone or laptop. We will definitely be back.

We moved to Englewood from Dayton a year ago and have been dying to find a coffee shop that comes close to our beloved Pettibone, that isn’t a 35 min drive. This place is the closest thing we’ve found thus far!
We dined in for the first time this morning. The parking lot is a bit chaotic in the front and it was hard to find a spot.
The employee who took our order was nice, not exactly friendly. More so just monotone. I ordered an iced vanilla and caramel latte and a bacon egg cheese bagel. They both were absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a cappuccino and a ham egg and cheese biscuit. Both were good.
My husband was the one who waited for our coffee to be ready while I sat at the table. The barista was anything but friendly to him. He said “thank you” when he grabbed the drinks and she had nothing to say. Later, he had to go back and ask for a Togo cup for my latte. He had to ask where the lids were because they only gave him a cup(mind you this was our first time dining here and we didn’t know) and she said with a nasty attitude “um they’re right behind you”. Like why? This is not acceptable and so rude. Time to hire a new barista that’s actually friendly.
We tipped when we ordered but who exactly are we tipping? We had to bus our own table and go grab our coffees. If we had known beforehand the attitudes we would receive, we never would have tipped.
The coffee and food were almost identical to what we’ve been searching for, but the staff definitely was not it. Do better.

Went Thursday around lunch time. It’s what I imagined a local coffee shop would be. Tables full of ppl eating and drinking, at least one date going on, and several ppl working on a laptop. It’s an older building whose charm was not erased when the interior was updated. I got an iced chai with oat milk and a chocolate chip muffin. Both were excellent. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Newly remodeled (July '24 outside). This is by far the BEST Coffee place I've been to since being back in Ohio this year.
I moved back from Montana by way of Seattle, where I went from non-coffee drinker to "coffee SNOB".
I learned that "Seattle's Best"... isn't
And Tully's was always better than Starbucks.

Regardless, Warehouse 4 has it all, amazing coffee & food but most important is the quality of service and consistency.

I've been driving around Dayton & Huber Heights hoping to find something just like Warehouse 4.

This is an excellent coffee shop with quality food. Drinks for true coffee lovers, not milkshakes and smoothies in a coffee container. (Looking at you, Starbucks.)
It can get pretty loud when it’s busy, otherwise a decent number of seats and pleasant service. They usually have 2 or 3 gluten free options on the counter.

Great place to stop for a cup of coffee and a sandwich. The pesto chicken sandwich was delicious. The coffee was excellent. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the multiple places to sit. Electric car charging was nearby for those that need it!

I ended up staying so long I had both breakfast and lunch here. The staff are all incredibly friendly and efficient. They seem to have no shortage of employees.

This is an incredible atmosphere for both lounging and working. If you have a flight out of Dayton International and you need to post up somewhere to work before takeoff, do yourself a favor and stop here instead of sitting in the small amenity-less airport.

My only critique is that the breakfast sandwiches that include egg use the pre-made scramble patty that you often find at coffee shops. Not my favorite, but still delicious!
