Utilized this service a number of times now. Love it. I hate going into Walmart so this is a great option. So far, been fast and friendly. Very pleased. I'm surprised anyone other than the thieves even go inside. This is the future of shopping. Shoplifting would end prices would drop if we all used services like this. I do all my grocery shopping this way.

I'm not sure who is more confused by this process that happens when picking up groceries, but I, for one, am willing to minimalize using this feature by going elsewhere if I can. Employees however are kind and doing their best with what they have to work with. Shame on Walmart for not supplying the tools and supplies at the actual working level. Maybe pick an employee to tell you what they actually need to complete these orders instead of someone in the office

No one know how to answer the phone I see. I checked-in on the app when my husband parked. My husband been waiting in a blue Toyota, Lane 5, since 3:45pm today (July 28th). At 4:09pm I called to see what's the hold up! Nobody picked up both times I called! So I called the Walmart Customer service so they can transfer me. As I was on the phone someone decided to go out. With that being said its now 4:14pm.... Like dude you see a car sitting out there each time you go outside!! Don't yall walk up to people car to make sure they are checked in? Where is Andrew when I need him!

Don’t get any produce when doing a grocery pick up. They purposely give you the expired, damaged, and/or unripe produce. It’s as if they don’t want people to continue ordering Walmart grocery pick up. Do they not want a job anymore? The more mess ups, the less customers, the less hours. This is my last time I go through Walmart grocery pick up. I’m cancelling my membership and going to Safeway instead.
