OMG the checking process is PAINFUL. Mechanics all standing around idle, customers backed up in line. Computer system is a piece of crap! I stood in line for as long as oil change would have taken!!!! Tried to call store manager but front desk operator didn't pick up. They wouldn't let me prepay, tortured twice by line wait in line!

Called the day before to schedule for Tire changes so I wouldn't have to wait when I got here, the guy said they have availability all day, yet had a long wait time when I got here the next day. So I drove my car with bad tires for no reason when I could've just dove a vehicle with better tires and just picked up the tires I needed.

They sold me on a set of tires for my truck, with free installation. However, when I went to get the tires put on, they refused to install them because my truck originally had 20" rims but now has 18" inch rims. I had already explained that I had to buy tires by size instead of make and model, and that was supposed to be perfectly fine. It was apparently not.

I was jumped in line and two service guys were rude and approached me as if they wanted to fight. It was a father and son team in the service department.
They were absolutely horrible!!
I will let everyone I know to never go to that Walmart!!

We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton! They were also super cool with everything in our crazy circumstances and never made us feel like a burden

They have a few rude workers. They consistently let their 2nd shift staff not come in. The ones who work do decent work. Don't let them fill your wiper fluid. Whatever they use is basically water and is AWFUL. They didn't know how to reset the oil change light.

Bought tires on line and took them to the store to get them installed, the old man at the counter had an unprofessional attitude, then when they got ready to pull my vehicle in said they couldn't install the tires because the wheels were not factory, they are 15 in. steel wheels, if you can't put tires on a 15 in. steel wheel then you don't know what you're doing

I went into Walmart Auto Center on Saturday March 26th a purchased a car battery. I ask the man at the counter about having the battery installed. I was not giving an answer to my question. I was told by one of the technicians to do what you have to do. I’m not sure what he meant so I asked again and he walked away from me. I spent 122.00 for the battery and couldn’t get it installed while I waited. Very unprofessional customer service.
