On Sunday, March 9th, 2025 I called in a takeout order for 8 in celebration of my daughter's birthday party. Knowing it would be busy at 1130am, I called at 930 to give them ample prep time. The girl who took my order and payment was thorough, accurate and fast. However. When I arrived at 1130 they told me the order wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes before asking to speak to the manager, who said they don't accept call in orders, and the girl should never have taken it
. I said the girl took my order without saying anything so it's not my problem. The manager followed with telling me to calm down. She went to check on the order never to return. I finally got my order (after watching multiple people place take out orders, pick up and leave) at 12:05! There was an insulting $10 gift card attached to my $100 and never an apology from anyone, including the manager. I DO NOT recommend eating here.

What a treat. The star of the experience was the Chicken and Waffles for us. The chicken was cooked just right and complimented the waffle just right. We also got the special and were able to do a half Waffles with it. The pumpkin Waffle was spot on and would definitely get that again as well. The service was quick and friendly, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality breakfast. If you found this review helpful, please give a 👍.

So good. Breakfast with my mom and everything was great. There is plenty of food and great prices. My mom said she isn't one to really enjoy dining out for breakfast but really enjoyed eating here. Will be back!

This was my first time ever going to a Wally Waffle and I have no complaints. My experience was top tier. I was able to get a good parking space upon arrival. I was seated once inside the establishment right away. All the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant and accommodating throughout my visit. My food and beverage was delicious, not to mention presented very well. Considering how busy Wally Waffle restaurants are known to be, I did not feel rushed to eat, pay and leave. The restaurant was clean and smelled nice. I look forward to my next visit!

First time here. Place was clean. Server was great and on top of her game. Super friendly. The food was really good. The menu is big alot of options. I ate the garden omelette never had brocilli in an omelette it was good. Hubs had scrambled eggs and bacon. Our aunt had the pancakes.which looked fluffy and delicious. Our uncle had the the eggs and gravy looked really good.

Pretty good food overall. Have been going to wallys when they had one in brimfield where motel 8 is at now. Always done the pancakes they gotten little smaller over the past 30 plus yrs. They use to be like diner plate size. Back in the day they had something called the big wally.
