What a God Send this place was. We traveled to a funeral in Richton, Mississippi. There are no motels/hotels there. However, only a few miles away, we found this wonderful little motel. Nice big, clean room with inside door. We had a King sized bed in our room. Also, had a microwave oven, small refrigerator, blow dryer, small coffee pot w/coffee, sugar, substitute, and creamer for two pots of coffee. There is a large closet, four drawers, desk, television and wifi provided. The large tub with shower had wonderful water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air-conditioning worked great, too. All provided for $58.00 for the two of us!!!! Plus, so very nice staff!

The service here is excellent. Extremely kind people, helpful to boot. I forgot to grab my charger at home and they were kind enough to loan me a spare until the end of my stay. There’s inexpensive places to eat around that delivered to the hotel. Clean rooms, soft beds & large restroom/showers. There are new smart TVs in the rooms that use Roku, So I wasn’t bored during my stay.

It was dirty, and the beds were rock hard. The pillows were terrible. They were so crunchy and moldy. I couldn't even sleep it was so uncomfortable. It was so aged. The carpet has what I thought was a urine stain. It also had mold all over it. There was mold in the closet and shower. It smelled like smoke and urine. The carpet needs to be replaced. The walls had holes in them and mold. I am sick after this quite literally. The beds sheets were dirty. I don't even think it was vacuumed after the last people. I will never stay here again! My stay stinks, stank, and stunk!

Roach Motel!! This place WAS nice when it was first opened, but now it is disgustingly nasty and infested with roaches!! More like a “rent by the hour” hotel. Even after driving for 11 hours, we left and found a CLEAN hotel in Hattiesburg. I DO NOT recommend staying there!!

They rented out our room we already paid for and would not refund us for that night when we left early one of the days. Avoid having to deal with the owner. She's really pleasant enough just don't come to her about anything. Definantly won't be staying back. Looking at other reviews maybe she just DOESN'T like dealing with minorities. Won't miss cringing at the caricature of a Native American statue staring you down at the checkout desk either. I know it's a cliché thing to say after being burned by a hotel but yeah there are SOME roaches. Other than that it's exactly what it looks like. A cheap place to stay when you have nowhere else to go. Staff are nice as can be.

Nice place as far as the rv park is concerned. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the motel and it was decent for the price. I paid for a month in an rv spot and was told by the manager to come see her if we left early. We left at 20 days so should have been charged a weekly rate as she originally said. When I went to check out she said she would have to charge a daily rate and I would owe her $200 as opposed to her owing me $150 for the week we won't be there. Otherwise the residents in the park are very friendly and welcoming to new people. Also if you ha e a large rv as we do it is hard to get into for all the low hanging trees and maintenance does not mow the grass, my neighbor mowed so the kids could play in the grassy area...
