Extremely small rooms. I booked a king bed but instead got a tiny room with two twins. Hardly any amenities, not even a coffee machine. But what surprised me was the refrigerator in the bathroom. Hardly got any sleep on the tiny twin bed. For the price you pay you’d expect a decent room. Even New York and London have better hotel rooms. Can’t understand the extremely small size of the room or the need to put a refrigerator in the bathroom. Service was decent but the lack of practicality I’m the rooms is a big no no.

More motel feel than a larger hotel. The single-bed rooms were a little smaller than I expected but overall very nice. I got an interior facing room but the outside facing ones didn’t look bad. Apparently pet friendly. The pillows they have are amazing. Location nice, right off the highway. Is safe, the gates are closed locked in the evening.

After staying at a hotel down the road I needed to find a new hotel for my other two nights that was inviting and most importantly clean, which I found at Tuxon hotel. I like the fact the rooms had no carpet so you can see how clean it was. My king bed was very comfortable and kept me warm and cozy at night. Unending coffee in the lobby with a delicious breakfast. I did not get to try dinner as we went out every night after we were done at the convention center. Only took a few minutes to Uber there from the hotel. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Tuxon hotel again.

This place was so small, we had a hard time getting situated. The toilet paper holder was broken, the door handle kept auto locking with the deadbolt so it was a struggle to close properly. The shower was spacious but didn’t have a shelf for personal items, and the sink was poorly designed and splashed water everywhere. I had a friend also staying there and they checked out early because of how tiny their room was and the staff was unhelpful. Also, for $150 a night I expect a free breakfast voucher.

All in all, won’t be back.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The property is visually stunning, with a beautiful pool at the center and an appealing interior design. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the breakfast vouchers for the on-site restaurant. The overnight oats and mocha were my favorites.

What stood out most was the nearby trail system. It was perfect for my morning runs, and there’s even a hill you can summit for a longer run or hike. The hotel also feels secure, with gates closed in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its aesthetic appeal, convenience, and proximity to outdoor activities.

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely 100% come back and recommend to anybody who’s in the Tucson area. A mile from the entertainment district downtown. Super comfy bed and pillows. But, the best part was how dog friendly they are! We have two little Frenchies who absolutely love the place. Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Having a full bar is a plus in our book. Special shout out to Adriana.💓

It is a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and convenient location if you are driving a rental from the airport. It is a little removed from the downtown area and you cant just walk over for a drink in the evening - although my Uber ride from down town was less than $10. The staff is fantastic and always cheerful. The DJ playing the music during the day was an interesting experience. My only suggestion is that check-ins after 9 can be made a little better as far as getting the gate to the motel opened. Other than that, it was a great experience - different from any other IHG hotel I have stayed at, but not bad!

Very nice little place, great service, clean, great simple tasty food. The downfall is the small room and the total lacknof space for 2 people suitcases. Also, the only place for waste is a tiny bathroom garbage pail. Only hot water at the only bathroom faucet. But the kindness of the manager and employees do kind of make up. Thank you.
