Currently on the hold with them as I'm posting my review.

Calling to enquire about my benefits and it gives me 25 minutes estimated wait time. I've now been on hold for almost an hour. Shouldn't have a phone line if you can't staff this place up to have any one answer it. Instead I shall be going in person. I only ever get through to them if going in person. Can't get anything done any other way.

Great if you're dropping something off. Absolutely horrible if you need to get a message to them. I understand that they are a part of a 3 county system, but there has to be a better way to get information or appointment rescheduling set up. Also wish they had hours for working families.

You can literally never through to an actual human being it is literally impossible. I gave up awhile ago. I guess the elderly will just have to survive with nothing because y'all can't do your jobs.

Rude and very non understanding of situations. Never in my life have I had issues like I do with vinton County job and family. Jackson County has much more care and do not harass or treat any one with the disrespect that vinton does.

Never answers phone. If it does, its voicemail to which no one calls you back. Never get to see or talk to anyone who knows anything one you get fed up and go there. They don't fully utilize all programs and services available to the community. Poor management.

They are the worst one in the state of Ohio , I've been calling them for two years about my child support , I have custody of my girl and there still charging me and took my license I leave messages and they won't return my call I don't thing anyone no s how to answer the phone
