We just finished a 2 night stay at the Vineyard View for a weekend girls trip for my aunt's 60th birthday. We loved everything about the property! The outside area is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights and the fire pit with the lights. It was nice that firewood was provided too! The egg chairs on the front porch were so comfortable and we sat out there each morning with our coffee to relax. The vanities with makeup mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms were a nice added touch, especially with all women in our group! It allowed everyone to put their makeup on in their rooms and not occupy the bathroom. We also appreciated the water cooler with filtered water. I'm not sure if I missed that in the description but definitely would eliminate the need to bring bottled water next time. The location of the property is fantastic! We were within about 10 min of all the wineries in the area. Laurentia just across the street was an easy walk and had great food and wine. The property was very peaceful and quiet.
On the check in day, I loved that Renee texted me that it was ready early and allowed us to check into the property a little early. I know that probably can't always happen, but it was a very nice bonus! The check out procedure was super easy and not much to do other than cover the outdoor furniture.
One small note if you're planning rooms, the downstairs bedroom is quite small with only room for the queen bed and the washer/dryer is in the closet so no space to store luggage/hang clothes.
I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area and we will be back again!

This was our second Stay at the Vineyard View. The hosts are always very attentive and gracious. They even made upgrades to the home since our first stay just last year. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The cozy front room with fireplace was a great gathering place to relax at the end of the day (if we weren't in the hot tub). But, the real treat is in the gorgeous views and the river front walking trail just out the back door and down the hill. The winery across the road is gorgeous to look at as well and with three wineries within a 3 minute drive this location is well situated. It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Spire Institute which makes this a perfect place to stay if you are attending camps or sporting events at the Spire. Ohh, and did I mention the hot tub +++++

Fabulous rental! Very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the gas fireplace and hot tub.
The fire pit, outdoor twinkle lights, and hiking trails were amazing! Great location and wonderful hosts! Can’t wait to go back!

This is our 2nd stay at this excellent property. Every time we arrive we're looking for what has been updated and added. Most places sit back and "collect money", but not here! In 1 year they redid the front porch, enclosed the downstairs bedroom, added a shower, new beds (thank you, they were a dream), updated the backyard. I'm probably missing things, but you get the idea. All of the small touches are welcome as well. Having the snacks is a welcome touch after touring wineries all day. If we travel to this area... this is where we'll be staying.

Wonderful location! Right across from a winery. Clean hot tub. Easy to find. Fire pit is awesome. Everything was very clean and the communication is fast and clear...you can reach the host immediately if you have any issues.
