The staff were friendly and helpful. The villas are at the end of a short road off of the highway, so there was no road noise. The kitchenette was very good and had everything we needed. The Sedona Shuttle stops at the resort next door, just a five minute walk from the villas. There is a nice restaurant at the resort; the food was delicious.
While clean, the room was dated and in need of some TLC, especially the carpet, which needs replacing. The couch and easy chair have a lot of miles on them. The bed was soft and lumpy, and the pillows terrible.

Staying here is great! We got a whole ranch to ourselves with a nice view of a pond and the rocks!

We arrived late and had to check in through phone:
1. Call a number (I think it’s pasted on the wall or door somewhere)
2. Get the password for the lock next to the phone
3. Get your room key
4. Park and find your ranch
5. Officially check in the next morning (before lunch time)

We encountered no difficulties, relax if you arrive late and find no one there.

The room is spacious and it comes with everything, from kitchen, microwave, and utensils… to a huge jacuzzi. Everything is clean.

The laundry is cheap. The pool is nice.

Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious place, very comfortable. No room service but not a big deal. A little nervous the check in closed so early but they take care of you getting in after hours. It was a great price for a little suite like room. Felt very private despite being next to other rooms. Would recommend and come back again.

The location was gorgeous next to the creek and patio. The service was very attentive and they even let us check in early. However, the furniture was very old and dirty. The hide a bed was unbearable to sleep on. The bedding had stains on it but they were quick to come and change it. Overall, if they upgraded the furniture and pots/pans it would have been perfect.

Studios have patios and sliding glass door which view out to lush grass and trees with some red rock hills visible. Easy walk up path to restaurant at resort next door. Heated pool and jacuzzi outside plus indoor bathtub jacuzzi. Air conditioning worked great and quiet. I recommend staying in studio.

This resort is amazing for its location, view, and friendly staff, kids friendly, and no pets were allowed. The clean pool features a jacuzzi and outdoor shower, under the bathroom sink you will find pool towels. Also, there's a BBQ area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as some outdoor games.

The room itself was very clean and well-equipped, with 3 sinks—one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, and one in the vanity area.
The bathroom had a jacuzzi, and the shower had very high pressure, which might feel intense but could be preferable for some.
The kitchen was well-maintained with a microwave, toaster, electric can opener, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, and all utensils that you will need.

FYI
No oven in the kitchen, I know some people would need it, for example to cook a frozen pizza.

Cons
Accommodating four people, the room had a king-size bed and a couch that could be converted into a bed. While the couch mattress was fine for kids, it might not be the best option for adults.

The outdoor patio, had spider webs on the chairs and screen door, but this is more a result of nature than the resort itself.

The resort location was fine. Staff was friendly enough at check-in. The room could use an update. We stayed 2 nights in room 313. Couch is horrible, well used. Biggest problem was the smell of pot in the air. Not sure what the laws are? Or what the policy is? But on our second night, the guests in the room next to us partied all night long. Yes it is their right to unwind too. But not at the expense of the other guests around. Their pot smell drifted into our room and pretty much ruined our comfort. Couldn't enjoy the evening air, had to close our patio door. My wife woke up middle of the night sneezing and coughing. Still nasty after stench in the room. We didn't have that problem the first night. Sorry, but can't recommend this place. Staff needs to be more attentive to what goes on around their property.

Right on the creek. Beautiful location. When I arrived, there was abundant wildlife all around. Creek just steps from the room. The views were amazing! Staff is incredible. What a find!!
