The atmosphere is great but the rooms suck. The microwave coating was peeling off. There is no shower head in the master bathroom. Assuming everyone wants to take a bath. No we don't. A family of 5 had to use a stand up shower in other room. The stove and oven were super tiny. Not enough parking spots. Pool water was hot.

Hospitality services were spotty at best; it took 6-8 hours to get any responses, and we were told things like soap, paper towels, etc. were "just to get you started." We called at 8pm and were told "Housekeeping is closed." It can't have been because they were busy; there were only a handful of other guests. We came expecting a quiet getaway, and ended up just frustrated, and housekeeping was a major part of that. It certainly doesn't feel like resort treatment - I've gotten better service from a 2 star travel motel!

Was not very impressed at all this last trip. Our room wasnt ready for almost 45 minutes after check in. We had no sheets for the pull out bed. We had one 10 inch pan to cook breakfast in for 6 people. I called and asked for another and over an hour later and 3 more calls i got a couple of pans to finish with. No can opener at all. Not a happy trip. Will not be back to this location.

I think the housekeeping was horrible. We actually had to vacuum our sales. Best faucet in the bathtub did not work in the toilet was running the refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer and the stand was broken. I'm just looking forward to all the upgrades that we were told were getting.

Housekeeping was good. The only suggestion I would makes is to have corelle dishes. They are not heavy dishes. Pots and pans were good. Need bigger container with salt and pepper. Everything was clean. Very well kept.

Spider Webs and spiders everywhere, inside and out. They said checkin after 4. We showed up at 4:45 and the room wasn't ready. We went to the Marina for an hour to eat and they had just got done. Found pubic hair in the bathtub.

Ok The Inside of Where we were, I had an slight ant problem besides that spider web with spiders in them were at the entrance of the front door. So I really felt like they could have been swept away from the entrance rooms were ok

Spider webs everywhere on balcany, kitchen,livingroom.toaster was broken phone did not work stove was smoking from the back and stopped working. Pictures on wesite were very deceiving.
