I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this coffee shop. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was completely off. No one greeted us with a “hello” or “good morning,” and the staff all seemed miserable. It felt like they didn’t want to be there—or didn’t want us there.

The person who took our order was especially unenthusiastic, as if helping us was a chore. The lack of warmth or energy made the entire visit feel uncomfortable.

When our food was ready, she just slapped the bag down on the counter without saying a word and walked off. No acknowledgment, no effort—just plain rude.

The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, which is unfortunate because I usually try to see the good in places. This was just not it.

Over-priced, lousy coffee. Embarrassingly over-priced, stale pastries. Reviews that post mention great coffee are likely ones who come in for sugary coffee concoctions. Most patrons can’t tell the difference between an espresso and weak counter coffee.
Clueless, bored baristas. Nice decor.

We got packed lunches from the cafe for our large group on three separate days. The food was delicious, everything was always ready on time, everyone was so nice and helpful! Communicating with Jordan was so easy and timely. Great service, great people, the food is so tasty!

I gave my free veteran’s day coffee to the lady behind me in line, then paid $3.30 for a cup of “cowboy coffee” that tasted like hot water…? I poured it out. I’m absolutely disappointed in myself for not tasting it before I left and hit the road… however, the good news was I spoke to the mgr (wont mention her name) on the phone and she said “come on back here partner and get you a cup of good coffee on me.” I was so impressed with her great attitude and that she was willing to take responsibility so originally, I gave them definitely five stars! Then I arrived back there at 2:30 and the doors are locked with a sign on the door saying, “we’re closing at 3pm.” Sadly I’m forced to give them 1 star for letting me down twice. Strange world we live in today. Nothing like when my generation, (X) worked as employees for our local businesses. I was hoping to have a great experience and find a new coffee spot, sad to say I was rather disappointed.

Got the chicken salad sandwich and it was not good. Had no flavor and the bread was stale. The only thing with any flavor was the pickle. Sorry but the new coffee shop has you beat all around. Also you get chips with your sandwich don't have to pay extra.
