We are so blessed to have had Vibrant Occasions Catering provide for our daughter's wedding day. The vision of what we imagined was met above and far beyond our expectations. We were provided with a personal comprehensive tasting session so we could sample various choices to begin making plans. This session and the personal touch was so enjoyable and gave us a confidence and excitement about our menu. We chose a Chef's board with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads and more for the cocktail hour, passed hors d'oeuvres while our guests visited and a delicious dinner smorgasbord. Choosing Vibrant Occasions Catering was the perfect choice and made for the most memorable and special day for our daughter and son in law.
Shear perfection!!! Everything was amazing. The quality, taste, presentation, professionalism and attention to detail were nothing short of amazing. All the details were executed perfectly and in such a timely manner. Special touches included the cake service and picnic to go for our special couple. After a long day they were so thankful to have such a treat.
We received so many praises and compliments. Thank you Vibrant Occasions Catering and your Amazing staff for being such an important part of our day. We are thankful for you and we highly recommend you for any event or occasion!!

If you want to have the BEST meal of your life on the BEST day of your life (or any day lol), this is who you need to book! Serge, Mary, Leah, and the entire VO team are all very professional, easy to work with, and very kind! It's obvious that they truly care and have a passion for what they do... that goes a long way! Everything we chose was customizable, although our food was SO GOOD at the tasting that nothing had to be changed! We had SO MANY compliments on the food from our wedding. Even my Pastor preached about it from the pulpit the next day! lol

P.S. I HIGHLY recommend the Banana Foster Action Station... it was a HUGE HIT with the guests!

Let me preface my long-overdue review with this...having a "destination" wedding is very difficult when you don't know the area, the vendors, etc. But Leah and Serge couldn't have made it any easier for us! Our daughter was married at Legacy Acres in February, and we hired Vibrant Occasions to be our caterer for the event. We flew in for a tasting after NUMEROUS phone conversations and emails. Leah opened their headquarters just for us on a Saturday (when you know they're already busy as heck with orders) and we tasted many different food options from apps to entrees to sides to desserts. All were incredibly good, with great detail, quality, and preparation. We went from originally wanting a sit-down 3-course meal to rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a late-night snack. Again, Leah worked with us and our many changes, without complaint and knocked it out of the park! That girl has the patience of a Saint!! We started with the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, which included Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Smokies, Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Mini New England Crab Cakes, and Cajun Shrimp Shooters. We moved into the "action" stations once the bride and groom arrived. This was fantastic as they set up stations on both sides of the venue to alleviate the ugly lines that we all hate so much at weddings! One side had Grilled Chicken Sliders, Ham & Cheese Sliders on Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, A Dinner Salad w/choice of dressings, House Made Potato Chips, then one of my favorites, the Macaroni & Cheese Bar with ALL the toppings you could wish for! The other side of the room had the taco action station where they served Korean BBQ tacos, Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos, a Vegetarian Taco, and of course a few sauces to accompany them. And the tacos were made to order!! Even had a Vegan option - the Stuffed Zucchini Boats! But my favorite part of the night was the last action station, which we opened at 9:30 pm... The late-night snack, which after dancing and drinking for hours was FANFREAKINGTASTIC!! Cheesesteak Sandwich baby! A Shaved Black Angus prime strip steak seared with fresh peppers and onions on a toasted hoagie roll topped with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce served with a side of Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. HELLO LOVER!! They even brought their mobile kitchen to Legacy to ensure the food was hot for our guests! As you can see from the pictures provided, the food was incredible! I cannot thank the team at Vibrant enough for all they did for our daughter's special day. From Leah/Serge to the servers, the cooks, the runners, etc. All were professional, prompt, polite, and extremely skilled in food service. We would hire them again in a second, but you should hire them NOW for your special occasion!

We had a wedding last weekend for my daughter and her now husband. Vibrant Occasions Catering did a great job for us. They were very professional and attentive to the needs of our guest. I would recommend them to anyone having a large event, my guest are still talking about the food.

We had a beautiful wedding at the beginning of June and I don’t regret for a SECOND choosing Vibrant Occasions! Frankly, I’d choose them for dinner tonight if we could!! We have received so many compliments on the food… we did passed appetizers during cocktail hour, a taco bar, and an ice cream bar. Everything was SUCH a hit!! The kids and adults both absolutely loved our ice cream bar. We had 3 types of tacos, chips/salsa/queso, street corn, and pinto beans. We are so grateful to the catering team and staff for their consideration, thoughtfulness, and hard work on our special day. We had food plates with water on our table ready for us, and they made sure we didn’t need anything else. We had a bag of leftovers to take with us that I enjoyed snacking on late that evening. One of my bridesmaids the following day said “Jennifer… I can’t stop thinking about those tacos.” If that doesn’t say it, I don’t know what does! Thank you thank you for everything and to anyone reading… don’t hesitate! Trust this team and you won’t regret it!!

I can’t sing this crew’s praises enough! I’ve worked with them on multiple projects and events now and they never disappoint! The food is always not only delicious but beautiful in presentation! Everything is taken care of on time, efficiently, and elegantly! I’ve worked with them for a beautiful formal in home dinner as well as a large scale Met Gala themed event and I highly recommend them for all of the above and anything in between!

Our thanksgiving meal was fabulous!! Catered the entire meal. We fed 19 people. I requested dinner servings for 18 and had Plenty of food left over. So good! Loved it! Plan to do it again next year!
