I had an amazing experience at the spa, such a relaxing and rejuvenating stop in the middle of my long road trip. Zekiel was so kind, professional, and amazingly talented! I'd highly recommend him. As a young woman, you never know when you get a male massage therapist; but he subtly included small tidbits of information that easily put me at ease that he's a good guy and incredibly professional. I feel like the sign of a great massage therapist is use of full arm rather than just hands, and Ezekiel could teach a masterclass! The pressure was perfect, and really worked out a lot of the "crunchiness" that had settled into my neck and shoulders over the course of a stressful week. I'll definitely be back for another massage with Ezekiel!

Great service from booking with Wesley to my massage experience with Zekiel. One of my besties booked us massages before I was to have a tough week of meetings in Scottsdale. We were staying at the Fairmont Princess and I’m really sad that we weren’t staying at Hotel Valley Ho. The VH Spa and the hotel itself has so much character and warmth from staff as soon as you step foot in the door. The spa staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and without the pomp and circumstance I felt we’d get had we gone elsewhere. Great people, clean/comfortable/relaxing environment, just what the doctor ordered. If I’m ever in Scottsdale again, I would not hesitate to book a spa visit at VH. Zekiel is the GOAT!

My massage was fine but an area of improvement would be to add more accessible amenities (relaxation room, indoor hot tub, cold plunge etc) for the spa aside from just the sauna or hotel amenities. I thought it'd be more of an experience, especially for the cost of service, thankfully I received a midweek special. This was a notch above a massage envy as it gives get your massage, hit the sauna and leave. Not to mention it was my birthday and was slightly disappointed, I definitely would've booked elsewhere.

Also, I stayed at the hotel valley ho for my vacation, so I already had access to the hotels amenities. For the price point of the spa, there should be accessible amenities within the spa.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money. Someone urinated on one of the pool beds, luckily I was warned before I laid on it. It was not cleaned the entire time that I was there, without even a sign warning people. Anyone could’ve accidently laid on it, if they weren’t wanted.

There was hardly any shade by the oasis pool (which was the furthest thing from an oasis). Intoxicated people were on their balcony’s being obnoxious right by the spa pool. There was a huge party at the hotel pool that you could hear at the spa, and the hotel was rampant with drunks. The dressing room for the spa was so tiny, it could barely fit 4 people changing at once. Far from a relaxing experience and surely not worth the $260 that I spent. The worst spa I’ve been to in Arizona.

The only positive thing I will say is the staff was great and my massage by Ezekiel was amazing. But the spa itself was trashy and not worth the money. Horrible experience.

Ok I'm late posting my review but I just had to tell about my experience. Me and Bae went to Arizona for a chill get away. I treated us to massages at VH Spa. I had Gary and my bf had Veronica. We both throughly enjoyed our experiences. We went on a Sunday to be able to get the special where I added the exfoliating scrub. Now when I booked and planned this trip it was back before Thanksgiving we went in Jan. After I booked the trip I injured myself. So at the time of the massage I was healing from a liscfranc injury. I was on a knee scooter not able to put weight in my foot. Now I'm new to needing special accommodations but baaaabbbyyyy when I tell you the manager, who name escape me and I'm so sorry for that, went above and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable. I really wanted the exfoliation treatment and you have to shower afterwards. Yall!!! She made sure I could still get my treatment and made special provisions for me! She made me feel like she really cared and that's because she did!!! Even Gary raved about her! If you've never been injured and mobility restricted just know it's some things you can't do. But that day she made me feel like I wasn't limited by my injury. I really felt pampered here! Thank you so much VH SPA!!!

Best massage I’ve ever had! Gary was fantastic and really knowledgeable! The front desk staff was also super nice and they have some great amenities to take advantage of while you’re there. Will definitely be coming back - thank you Gary!

My husband and I visited the VH spa to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our services were later in the afternoon, but we checked-in around 10 am to enjoy the gym and pool. We both loved our Lomi massages and will definitely be back. The overall spa experience was really missing the elevated quality for the price. They had a dry sauna and showers but the vanity area and showers were outdated and I would love to see a steam room, cold plunge pool, or any other provided spa amenities. I would’ve also enjoyed if the refreshments were provided in the waiting area inside the locker room so you didn’t have to go out to the main lobby in your robe.
